The Hotel is outstanding , and the staff are very helpful and professional. Ali and Jehad at the reception offered a very professional service and welcoming, and were helpful and kind by all means . And special thanks and appreciation to Iyad ( house keeping supervisor) as he offered extraordinary help with asking him ! He is so keen and so polite and deserves all the best for his integrity. All the best for this outstanding hotel in Amman and indeed the best hotel in Amman.

You couldn't ask for a more pampering stay in Amman - plus, the location on the boulevard gives it great access to multiple eating and shopping options, including the mall next door. Very nice and friendly service as well

Nice to return to Amman, and to Arjaan Rotana. This is a lovely property...slightly complicated, that they have multiple entrances, but Rotana sent a message explaining which check-in entrance I had to report to...I liked that !! Excellent breakfast... great service Mohamed!! Lovely rooms...spacious. My only warning to Rotana... watch the maintenance!! Some items need a bit of care....light fittings becoming loose etc.,!!

Great new aparthotel”
Be aware the hotel comprises four separate buildings. Two are smoking and two non smoking. Sadly the cafe and bar are in the smoking building and are very very smoky. However the rooms are sleek and clean, well apppinted. Rainbow Road is a 10 minute taxi ride away, and the largest mall in Jordan is right next door to the hotel. As a result there is a lot of traffic and pedestrian noise on the mall side of the hotel until well after midnight, problematic if you are a light sleeper.

Good location, nice breakfast at Cafe Italia, bed was very comfy, the gym was small but good. Disappointing the pool in our block was closed so we had to walk to another block. The pool is very basic, not amazing. Very expensive but so is everywhere else in Jordan! One female member of staff looked at in disgust for no apparent reason, perhaps because we didn't have the best rental car, no need for it!

Booked online and went to check in 2:30, They told me that my room is not ready and i have to come back after 1 hour، location and room are nice but missing some stuff that supposed to be in 5 starts hotel like working condition safe, Minibar, shower robe and flip flop and some other stuff overall its good but not worth the amount they charge.

The rooms are NOT CLEAN at all , i changed my room 2 times during my stay, cockroach come from bathroom to the room , when i order food from room service it is always comes late and cold , the managers are helpful but the working people are so bad , i never advise this hotel . By the way i found them cleaning the bathrooms with the bed pillow cover because they forget it once in the room . Generaly if you care about cleaning never stay in this hotel

The hotel is not maintained”
Location is good But the room is not maintained.. the furniture and the floor are nor maintained.. the balcony was very dirty (a lot of Dust) I went out then came back to the room i found the door’s sensor Brocken and at the floor , we were coming from the pool with the kids and they were wet, i asked the reception to call the maintenance to fix it, we waited outside the room for half and hour. The pool is nor suitable for the kids because the adults misbehave and didn’t respect the families.. they french kiss at the pool in front of the kids and dance in a dirty way inside the pool.. push each others in the pool. I told the management of the pool to take action, but nothing happened.

no loppy in the hotel, expensive, it is 3 star hotel not 5, my check inn was late night when i asked for late check out ,they could not help,thry dont want to.extend even one hour, no good view of thr room,, i dont recomment it at all

I really liked the start at Rotana Arjaan. Stuff were nice, location is amazing. However, the area was busy I couldn’t sleep well from the traffic noise.
