Hotellet har ett bra läge nära centrum. Gångavstånd till sevärdheterna i centrum. De har en skyttelbuss (bil) man kan boka med några timmars varsel för utflykter, smidigt, som ligger längre bort. De hämtar och lämnar också på flygplatsen. Fick bra info under min vistelse att det gick att hälsa på hos kungen.

Staying in this hotel is one of the best decisions I’ve done for my Brunei trip. The staff made me as comfortable as possible. From ensuring that all things are in place (cleanliness of the room and the complimentary airport transfers), to arranging my itinerary through their free shuttle service every 2 hours. There too are a lot of Filipino staff, hence I did not feel awkward. Kudos to the whole team, esp. the Filipinos who made me feel like home. Aside from the beautiful places the country has to offer, you all helped me believe that Brunei is indeed the kingdom of unexpected treasures. :)

Wow - Amazing extra services ”
Firstly, it’s not a 5 star hotel, we know. But it’s a fantastic place to stay. I was amazed at how much extra they were willing to help. It all starts with a free pickup at the airport. Free shuttle to where you want to visit. Go to all the major tourist spots free! and free pickup at your designated time to bring you back to your room. I didn’t need to spend a cent on taxis. This was a massive service for me and it saved me $$. The room was fine, shower was hot with good pressure. Breakfast eggs cooked to order. All good. The service however was superb! Thank you and keep up the great work! RECOMMENDED :)

Location- just near ;walking distance from omar ali saifuddin mosque, kampong ayer, royal regalia museum, brunei history center, tamu Kianggeh, waterfront and teng yu temple which we also just walked but if you are not fan of walking, dont worry they will bring you to there for free. Room- clean, good shower, free toiletries (no toothbrush so you need to bring), free two bottled water, free coffee and tea. Breakfast - buffet which is good. Shuttle service/ pick up and drop off - they will pick you up in the airport even it's midnight, then they will bring you to some tourist site of your choice and they can also bring you to airport when its time for your flight. All are for free. Staff-I commend the two filipina staff one is in the receptionist and one is the waitress they're both friendly, helpful and cheerful also the male receptionist I forgot his name he's so sweet and lots of patience regarding your inquiry. Room price- worth it. We enjoy our stay there 😊😊😊👍👍👍

Spacious and comfortable room. Ok breakfast included. Very friendly staff. The free shuttle bus was very helpful. Location was good, walkable to the sights in the city centre. Although there didn't seem to be too many options for food nearby the hotel. I would recommend here, and stay here again next time.

This is definitely one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. The staff are very friendly. Your request are always satisfied. 2. It's not far from the city centre. You can walk to many visitor sites by yourself at any time. 3. Most important, it provides airport and visitor sites pickup and dropoff. You knowther this service is how important if you have no car in Brunei. 4. The price is so good. You cannot request for more.

Nice and clean room. Airport transfer and shuttle service to many places around BSB are amazing, considering hard to get taxi around. Were able to check in earlier at 9AM. Staffs are very helpful. All these made my stay in BSB wonderful and worth the money.

I’m more than pleased with the service at The Capital Residence Suite. The staff is sweeter than sweet. Their free car shuttle service is super helpful since transportation in Brunei is rare. It is way much more better than its five-star neighbor cuz of flexible schedule and many more pick-up/drop-off options (I know cuz I did stay at both). Thanks CRS very much for such amazing experience. I definitely recommend this place for anyone.

My friend and I went to Brunei for a quiet vacation and we wanted everything to be DIY. The hotel has its own shuttle service which was very convenient for you to explore Brunei. A definite plus was their hospitality :) Breakfast was great and the room was very nice for the price. Won’t think twice staying here again

I seldom give feed back after staying in any hotel but i must write something to show my appreciation. The staffs are politely and proffesional. After my stay in brunei, i will prefer to join royal brunei airline to my next vacations. All of u did a great job for your country n gave us a sweet memorable. The hotel provides FREE pick up n drop off service from the airport. They gave us a map n offer to send us to some tourist spots for FREE! The driver suppose to send us and other customers to a mosque at 1pm, but at that time, we were still eating our lunch at the cafe. He asked us to enjoy our meal n he will be back to pick us again. It's FREE! How excellent services they provided to their customers? The breakfast is good n the food are cheap, a chicken chop only 4.40 dollar. Highly recommend to u to stay in this hotel. Thanks! I will be back.

I arrived the airport at midnight but the driver waited for me just outside the baggage claim. He drove to some mosques on our way to the hotel and even took the picture of me and the mosque. Other staffs are also very friendly and hospitable. The hotel has shuttle services and it will help me a lot, i could go to the Starbucks to get the limited edition.
