I enjoyed how spacious the rooms are. The check in and check out processes were quick and easy. The building is in a wonderful location - it’s close to all the necessities but also far enough to give you peace and quite, it’s also very safe.

Reception and cleaning”
Great set up, very secure and the rooms are very well furnished. Walking distance to the Mall. 1.On check in, I was met by a clearly poorly trained and rude receptionist who seemed very preoccupied with something else other than attending to me. Couldnt even be bothered to give me directions to the room. I then had to walk back to reception to get the wifi code that he did not bother to give me at check-in. I made it clear I was most unimpressed. 2.Room service staff woke me up in the morning and said they would be coming to change the bedding. Excused my self, went out, came back an hour later, bedding not changed. They came back and told me the same thing, I excused myself again, hours later, nothing. Bedding only changed late afternoon. 3. Reception staff do not ensure people entering the hotel sanitize their hands even though hand sanitizer is available at reception.

It is positioned very strategic to point of interest both business and leisure. We walked to The Zone, Rosebank Mall & the Gautrain terminal. The generally vicinity is quiet and peaceful with Rosebank SAPS a few meters away from the main entrance. The place was exceptional clean.

I’ve stayed here a number of times and am yet to be let down. The rooms are always spotless, the staff friendly and the location so prime. Definitely value for money.

Our first outing together, we had a beautiful place to stay in. There were renovations but never got in our way. We loved it and will definitely keep coming back for more weeks and weekends to stay.

Beautiful place, but could use better pillows and towels”
The apartments at the Residence are one of a kind and the location is amazing, so are the people working here. The only downside is that the pillows and the towels don't live up to that standard. The pillows feel cheap and for 2 of my nights I was without proper towels, and the towels they do have also feel very cheap.

For the most part: really happy”
This place was really great from the location to staff! I absolutely loved it. They have a generator, I didn’t feel the brunt of Stage 6 at all! The only things that would have me thinking twice about returning are: 1. There’s only 1 pan, I planned to cook during my stay and bought groceries only to discover there aren’t pots and just 1 pan. 2. The TVs aren’t SMART TVs, but the DSTv packages aren’t great and it’s not your average DSTv. As someone who stayed indoors most times a TV is really important. I had to use my laptop and phone unfortunately the TV was un-useable. I downgraded from a 1 bedroom to Studio after a week bc the main things I wanted weren’t working. In conclusion: I’d like to hop around and try new places around that price range with more to offer but I’d keep this place in my list I’d consider returning to. I’d recommend it as well.
