The hotel was really nice and clean, spacious even for the room of 4 of us. The location was a bit far from the nearest metro station, but it was quite a manageable distance. The view from the room was great, overlooking the river. The staff was really nice as well as they allowed us to borrow the water kettle & cups. The TCAT airport bus terminal was just opposite the hotel too, so it is really convenient. So if you are from Narita or Haneda, just stop at TCAT instead of Tokyo Station. I would strongly recommend and choose to stay with this hotel again in my next visit to Tokyo!

Great Hostel”
Great view from the river. It’s very clean. The staff is very helpful and one of the staff detailedly introduced me the restaurants nearby and gave me a map which definitely helped me to explore the place. The only disadvantage is far distance from the metro. It takes around 10-15 minutes from the metro. But the price is really cheap.

(I stayed in the ladies dorm - room 101) Pros +: 1) Non-smoking 2) Clean 3) Friendly helpful staff 4) Good location (ex. for teamlab borderless, Edo-Tokyomuseum, Tokyo Skytree, parks,...) 5) Hot & clean showers/shower room 6) Free Wi-Fi 7) Lockers incorporated in bunk bed 8) Spacious bunk bed 9) Free towel + pyjamas & in shower room free razor blade, tooth brush and cotton buds 9) Cosy little lounge attached to the ladies' dorm 10) Lounge has a practical and clean mini kitchenette with kettle, microwave, fridge (that is very organised too) and plenty of cups, glasses, plates, cutlery. Cons -: 1) Moldy odor/musty smell in ladies dorm - I don't know if the room is aired out every day but it should when you have up to 14 people sleeping in the room 2) Clothing rack in dorm and next to the bunk bed is way too little/small 3) No hangers in shower room nor in the toilet 4) Pillow is a little too hard

Location of hotel is great as it's just next to Sumida River with great view . Staffs are very friendly + check-in / check-out are very speedy 👍👍👍👍👍 If you self-drive may park at car park nearby ( just at left-hand side of hotel ) at ¥ 900 overnight 👍👍👍👍👍 Will check-in Lyuro if l m back to Tokyo 👍👍👍👍👍

The food was great, both for the free breakfast and dinner we had in the restaurant. The rooms were spacious and clean. Except for the location, our stay was pleasant and satisfactory.

Quiet neighbourhood away from bustling Tokyo”
I enjoyed my stay at the female dorm room for five nights. Quiet neighbourhood of ten minutes' walking distance to the subway station. There is a takeaway shop that sells a variety of cooked meals close to the station where I can buy dinner and take back to the dorm to eat at night.

FYI - this is a review for a private guest room, not the hostel rooms. My room had a great shower and bath as well — I am a sucker for good water pressure and I loved the bathroom.

Great price but nor perfect location”
The reason I chose this hostel is from the price and when I got there, I felt better than I expected. Staff are friendly and helpful. View from the hotel is great but it's quite far from the subway (800m from the nearest subway). Shower rooms have great soap and shampoo. Cafe of this hostel has a perfect atmosphere.

Way bigger room than expected. Very clean too. Enjoyed the bathtub with our baby. Bed was a full queen(1.5m width) instead of a double (1.4m), great when we have a baby sharing the bed. Nice selection of japan-made souvenirs at the lobby. Breakfast was basic, only 2 selections, but very tasty. Very friendly staff. Location was not the most convenient ever, with the nearest train station being a 10 minute walk away but should definitely not be an issue for solo travelers, couples and families with older children. The great view from the room helps.
