Clean, Modern, Quiet”
We had a great stay here. 2 connecting rooms is perfect for my family of 5. Everyone has their own space. The tatami & single mattresses makes it so easy to make any configuration that fits my family. The coin laundry room is very handy. It is just about 5-8minutes walk to nearest Metro. Lots of eateries within 10 minutes walking distance.

The hotel is a very clean and sleek place. The front desk staff I interacted with were all super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are easy to access and everything you need is available on hand. The biggest plus: free coffee 24 hours a day! Just ask the front desk staff!

Convenience within Akihabara”
Rooms are very clean but quite small with the walls close to the beds. Decent walking distance to train stations with Family Mart convenience store nearby for cheap breakfast.

Check-in was quick, free coffees (hot and cold) were amazing. Gorgeous decor. Friendly staff. Walking distance to Anime geek central. If you don't book this hotel, you're really missing out!

Extremely helpful staff and location is great”
STAFF: Upon checkin, I realized that I had left my phone on the airport train, and the reception staff immediately called the train company and I got my phone back within a couple of hours! I will never forget this. COMFORT: We stayed for 8 days in winter and were very comfortable and happy with the rooms and bathrooms. Rooms were cleaned every 3 days and towels and pyjamas are replaced daily. We got the connecting rooms, which was great because that meant we got 2 bathrooms--which were super clean and new by the way. FACILITIES: Loved the cafe at the lobby, and we used to laundry machines on the 2nd floor a couple of times too. The ice machine was super helpful as well. LOCATION: The family mart across the street was very convenient, especially for late night snacks. Also a short walk to Akihabara station and Electric Town. On the way to the station, you'll pass by Coco Ichibanya and an awesome little pizza place.

The lobby, cafe, and the room are all very beautifully designed. There are spaces to work with all-day free coffee (only hot or cold americano though). The room is cleaned every 3 nights, but they change towels and pajamas everyday which I think is enough.

Clean Hotel, quite convenient, slightly further away from station, but not too far, a short walk only, convenient place with eateries, shopping & Lawson nearby. Good for families with older kids, they have connecting rooms.

For the price it is a pretty good option especially for solo traveller. However, it really only provides minimum service: cleaning only every two days (and you have to pack your pjs and towels to exchange for new one) and they also dont provide baggage delivery service. Also the location is not that close to Akihabara station which makes my life a tad bit difficult when traveling across cities and holding heavy backpacks. Otherwise, the staffs are very friendly, rooms are quite spacious in Tokyo's standard and super clean.

Good for solo travels but not the best”
The location of this hotel is very good. They provide free coffee and breakfast, and pajamas. However, one thing that was lacking is availability of a room heater or warmer. Because of the design of the hotel, at night, the cold air from outside sips through the doors and it feels so cold. I did not even needed to turn on the air-condition. But overall, this hotel is still a great place to stay.

Clean and friendly hotel close to Akihabara - room is spacious by Tokyo standards and still quite new, and free coffee for guests! Recommended!

Great, clean and friendly modern hotel 10 mins walk from Akihabara Satation and less than 15 mins walk from Ueno Station / Ameyokocho, well priced and helpful staff!

Good for groups”
We are a family, and we booked 2 connecting rooms. Very clean and minimalist design, not too big but enough. Location, you need to walk at least 10mins to get to Akihabara Station, and there are lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The room is clean, the staff is helpful, the wifi is stable and the location is near JR Akihabara Station, about 10mins walking distance. But I think if you first time to the hotel, then it is not easy to find it. I think I will book this hotel again

Great Hotel in Akihabara ”
My first time in Akihabara and never disappointed to stay here. Good location, quiet and near the metro with few minutes walking. Room is clean and comfortable for family. Will be back and it is highly recommended

The hotel’s staff are very ready to converse using english language. The location and facility was great. Cleaning of rooms are being done very 3 days but changing of towels can be done daily.
