Victoria Hotel we arrived at 11 in the evening we didn't know that they have a required deposits for 500 MOP or HKD we didn't prepare because we already pay the hotel online we are not aware, but good thing is the place is very clean & have grocery store near at the lobby same building. over all good to stay.

The staffs are accommodating, Nice place to stay in Macau. Near places like the bus stop, Malls and there are lots of things to do outside. Place is safe and feels like home. They will allow you to leave your things there while waiting on your flight. Me and my friend enjoyed our stay here. We will return and book a room again here soon.

Every thing is good, clean and comfortable stay. The breakfast just was not with a lot of varieties of things may be because of the current epidemic situation. So just steamed and boiled food. Quite room, staff friendly. Highly recommend it to every one traveling to Macau for a cheap stay

I didn't expect to be spending another night in Macau, but, when I had to, I found this great deal via Agoda.com, and was pleasantly surprised by the extremely helpful staff and the great location: a $10 (USD) taxi ride from the airport, with bus access, many many local restaurants nearby, and a gorgeous park with walkways and a phenomenal view of the city at the top.

It's an affordable place to stay but it took a long time to settle in our rooms as they are not ready yet when we arrived and it was already pass our checkin time.

Good service, polite staff, very clean bathrooms and rooms. Wifi was weak, but they did inform guests by putting up a post at the lobby that they were undergoing repairs. Food at their restaurant is also good. A little far from the center, but is just a minute-walk away from 2 bus stops. Also right beside a 24-hour supermarket. Overall, my family members are satisfied guests.

I was traveling with my mom 63, my girl and her 7 year old son. the hotel is super clean and and the staff friendly. it has a 24hr grocery at the ground floor and a bakery just across the street. if you are going to the casino areas the free shuttle buses are about 500mtrs from the hotel. if youre looking for a good place to stay in macau without breaking the bank this is it.

The Chinese Staff are helpful but aren't smiling at all. Maybe that's their culture. Upon entering the hallway of our hotel floor, the smell of cigarette smoke is terrible. Chinese guests are very stubborn according to the Filipino Housekeeping staff. They smoke even if its not allowed. So WHY does the Hotel still allows it? What are they doing? No action has been taken. The room is ok, we got the twin room. It has TV with one english channel, toiletries, clean sheets, clean bathroom, water kettle, mugs, hotel slippers, hangers, free water bottle. Hotel is nearto bus stops, convenience stores, bakeries, quick snack bars, mini restaurants, eatery, money changers. All in all our stay was okay. :)

The area is full of restaurants and there is a supermarket right outside the hotel. Location is far from the main tourist spots which may require taking the bus nearby. Room is small and narrow. There was cigarette smoke from the floor we were staying which was not a pleasant stay for us. Staff were able to keep our luggage for us before and after we check in.

The lobby was beautiful. The location was a bit far from the airport. We paid a fortune to the taxi driver. The ventilation system smelled like cigarettes. The staff had zero English speaking skills. So get you translator ready. For the price, I think it should be a little cheaper.
