shortage of crockery - there were 3 of us and was a lack of cutlery and crockery. Also no coffee maker which is fine but would have been nice to known in advance or wine opener. Door handles a little dodgy.

Location and accessibility

everything was ok, it would only help if they had a few more power sockets for charging.

Big place with a great price, comfortable to stay.

Some doors in the room are a bit broken

Comfortable, well appointed, clean and good location for us.

The toilet handle was falling which could hurt someone if one steps on it. The heating was bad,we were cold for 2 night's,tried to manoeuvre that heater wheel but it didn't help.

Comfy beds and nicely decorated apartment.

Cooker didn’t work, there was no frying pan, no instructions about bins, slow draining plug holes throughout the property. It wasn’t the cleanest, with tissues in the wardrobe. Had to chase the host re access closed the day before we were going and to receive the deposit back.

Comfy and clean, good facilities and warmed up so quickly just as the weather got colder. Entry system being keyless was really helpful. Loads of parking. A few minor issues were dealt with extremely quickly and communication was excellent. Wifi was excellent and allowed me to work easily and stream on my tablet swiftly. Fantastic location and so much nicer than staying in a hotel.

Host was more than accommodating, there was a booking error and she spent the whole day helping us book the room on the day of the booking, facilities were great and everything was in order, would definitely recommend.

The host was perfect! Responded in a timely manner and was able to provide an alternative property at the last minute. The facilities were excellent and the property was comfortable with good security and access via codes rather than a key which was handy considering there were 4 guests. Would highly recommend this host!

Due to unforseen circumstances with the Whetstone we had to be housed in an alternative property for the duration of the stay. The alternative property was excellent though!

The property was very clean and I loved the setup of the towels.

They catfished with the beds. Put two double beds in the description and photos but it was singles put together which does not reflect the photos. When I booked the apartment, there was nothing to say that I needed to provide essential working ID which I do not have. I then received a message saying without the photo ID, I would not be refunded and would not be able to stay at the property. The host said because I did not have the ID, to provide my college details and my work details so they could confirm I was a real person which is absolutely unprofessional. They called my college who confirmed I am a real person. I explained the reason for staying was because a member of my household was coming back from holiday and needed to collect her items from the house so she could self isolate somewhere else. Me being paranoid and not trying to catch the virus, I chose to leave the house for two nights just to be safe. I explained this to the host however, she was still questioning me about why I’m only staying two days as shielding was longer. I was not shielding. They host then kept repeating that there would be no smoking or drugs allowed in the property which I then explained I am a Muslim and have never touched drugs in my life. The reply was ‘I’ve had Muslim guest in the past which did drugs but I’m glad you’re not one of them’ then went to harass me some more about the no drugs and smoking policy. I felt like my religion was being attacked as she was grouping Muslims because of the experience in the past which is absolutely disgusting. She repeated the no drugs policy at-least 4 times after I had told her already I am not a smoke or drug user. I told the host i had thought I booked the apartment for 4 people but for some reason it said 2 but I explained the price did not change when I put in 4 people. The host went on to basically call me a liar. I then started to receive empty threats.

The rest of the flat was great.

Angefressene Kekse im Bett!!!! Heizung funktionierte in der ersten Nacht nicht Ansprechpartner unzuverlässig und unhöflich,hat uns trotz Terminzusage drei Mal!!! versetzt.

التعامل من قبل الموظفة وتدخلها في خصوصيات لا شأن لها بها وايضا في اسلوبها لا تظهر اي احترام للعميل كنت اتواصل معها عن طريق الواتس اب و طلبت منها تمديد الحجز ووافقت ومن ثم بعد ساعتين ابلغتني انه يجب الخروج غدا وفي حال التأخر بالخروج سوف تحضر لي الامن لإخراجي؟ لقد طلبت ان يتم احضار اختبار كوفيد لليوم الثاني الى الشقة وقامت بأخذ الشحنة ووضعها داخل الشقة ورفضت ارجاعها لي في نفس اليوم بعد جميع المحاولات بالاتصال قامت بحظر رقمي ! وابلغتني انها مشغولة جدا وسوف تقوم بإرجاعها باليوم الذي يليه تفتقد كثير من الخدمات وعدم توفير مناديل الوجه و صابون اليدين وايضا عدم توفير القهوة والشاي والسكر والحليب واجهتني مشكلة في اغلاق الباب الخارجي وكان الباب مفتوح ليلة كاملة وايضا الكثير من الابواب لا تغلق مثل باب الحمام؟ البلاعة كانت مسدودة في حوض الغسيل ومكان الاستحمام
