Very helpful english-speaker staff”
What I love most about the hotel is the friendly and very helpful english speaker staff. The hotel is very clean and very spacious, i have a very lovely experiences here. The breakfast is also glorious, i love the roasted salmon very much! This hotel is also very close to JR station and bus station, so it's easy to go anywhere you want. The neighbourhood is very safe to walk even at night for solo travelers. In fact, there a mall nearby and also Don Quixote shop that open for 24 hours; so you could easily shop near the hotel. Tip: choose the higher floor to see the breathtaking views of the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality. I'm looking forward to stay here again.

Great location and price”
Pros: 1. Hotel rooms in Japan can be small - for those mid-range budget travellers Tokyo Dome provides a little more space at the right price. We had to change to a different hotel for the last two days days of our stay, and the room size was not comparable at all with what Tokyo Dome provided at a similar price. 2. If you have a JR Pass (either the 7 or 14 days) , the hotel is a few mins walk to the JR lines from where you can get to all points of interest quite easily and effortlessly. Staying at Tokyo Dome definitely saved us a lot of money in terms of access to JR train lines. 3. Staff are able to communicate in English and provide assistance. We left a shirt at the hotel when we checked out. We called a few hours later when we realized our mistake and the staff were able to assist. They found the shirt, called to inform us that it was ready for pick-up and when we arrived at reception had it packaged for us. Cons: The hotel is popular and can be booked out for some of your days

Great hotel ”
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was surprised at how convenient it turned out to be, with 2subway lines and a JR station right there. Also enjoyed all the activity going on in the Tokyo Dome complex, including LaQua spa (hotel discount applies). I am particularly grateful to one of the front desk staff, Horikoshi, who not only spoke perfect English, but at check in she did her very best to find me the nicest room available for my two-week stay. Her courteousness made a big difference to me. Housekeeping services were great, although one set of towels and two tiny pillows were in my room. However I talked to the extremely understanding housekeeping manager, who immediately handled my special request and ensured that every day staff provided an extra pillow and a second set of towels. For the hotel rule though, even though somewhat common in Japan, 1 set of towels 1 small teacup and 1 bar glass even though a single room, is inadequate for 5 stars!

Comfort Zone during Typhoon Period”
My initial 2 nights here were extended to 5 nights due to Typhoon (Oct 2019 period) whereby flights were cancelled. No regrets at all though its abit more pricey but for the location (stone throw away from the train station and a mall). Rooms are huge for Japan standard and has great view overlooking the Tokyo Dome. Staff are friendly and very helpful when we had to extend our stay there. I love the direct airport limousine transfer the hotel had (at a price though!) It saves alot of trouble lugging the heavy luggage to the train station. Would def come to stay here again.

High value hotel”
The room itself has many facilities, like the handy phone which you can call domestically and internationally, minibar, desk, and many more. This hotel is very near to Suidobashi station as well. Great view from room, comfortable bed, quiet room. Few restaurants in and nearby hotel as well. Will definitely stay here again for my future trip.

Great hotel, high floors offer amazing views.”
We got a great deal on one of the excellence floors. The size of the room was great and the views were fantastic. The executive lounge with evening cocktails and continental breakfast was a nice touch. The Tokyo Dome amusements we’re closed due to the carina virus, but I imagine when opened, having easy access would further add to the stay at this hotel.

Great stay great deal”
Hotel was great, the agoda deal was great, slightly out of the way but with a Metro and JR station within 300 meters was very convenient. Cleanliness, rooms were large and comfortable.

Pleasant surprise in Tokyo”
Transport to and fro for both Narita and Haneda international airports was a breeze. Airport bus stopped right at the doorstep of the hotel. Saved me the trouble of lugging my heavy luggage. Breakfast was superb - with a wide range of food to choose from. Hotel is only 3 minutes' walk to JR station. Another bonus is the shopping mall and recreation park next to the hotel.

Fantastic place to be!”
My son and I had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were so nice polite helpful, the room was so clean and comfortable, also had a free smart phone which you could use during your stay and actually free!! I made free phone calls to my family which was so convenient because I didn’t want to use my mobile overseas. The view from the room was so good looking at the amusement park and of course we had so much fun at the park and just walked back to our room, no train or subway back to the hotel after many rides. Highly recommended!!

Perfect place ”
I booked for 2 nights and i enjoyed the place so much, there’s a lot of stores ,restaurant around the hotel. And mostly i choosed this hotel coz it’s beside tokyo dome.You can watch your favorite star’s concert by just 1 min walk. What a place to stay.

Big hotel rooms for japan standard. Easily can open 2 luggages on the floor. The location is superb. Just in the middle of tokyo. Cheap taxi fares to everywhere. From hotel to akihabara, ueno, shinjuku, ikebukuro by taxi is only usd 13 - 18

Best stay after a long time”
I loved every bit of our stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel. According to my 9 year old it was the best holiday ever (staycation). We watched a baseball game, enjoyed hotel breakfast buffet, time at the amusement park, TGIF, game centre

Room with amazing Tokyo Dome Stadium and Roller Coaster View”
Amazing view in the city with the tall building. You can even see the entire city view in this hotel at the bar on the highest floor. Will definitely go back again for my stay.

Spacious room and great service provided by staff. Besides, there is hotel bus limousine service directly to airport which is so convenient especially if you have few luggage with you. Highly recommend & would definitely come back here for our next visit.

Our favourite hotel in japan”
Great location, standard international 5-star hotel but greater service. This is our second time here and still satisfied with all the facilities. Would stay here again of course!
