We loved out stay here. Although our room wasn't large it included a microwave and even a washing machine. There is a free coffee machine in the foyer . It is really close to the station with only a few stops to Shibuya. There are lots of restaurants, supermarkets and local shops nearby. This is a lovely area to stay in and would highly recommend it.

Near to the Yutenji station, and you can take tokyu line to places like Shibuya, 學藝大學, 自由之丘 The room is big enough mentioning to stay in Tokyo. Everything you need is provided at your own room, like washing machine, cooking place, balcony... Take a chance to live here once, it will worth it!!!

My single room was more spacious then a lot of hotels. I like that the room had a kitchenette, a fridge and a bath tub. Location is great for food and train station a stone’s throw away.

Excellent location. Washer/dryer in each room is a deal-MAKER. Great location, easy to the shops and bistros of Nakameguro in one direction, and Jiyugaoka in the other.

All-Round Excellent”
I chose this hotel because each unit has a washer/dryer and that makes a world of difference for any stay longer than a couple of days. What I didn't expect was that the rooms and location are very quiet, and the hotel's a short walk to Naka-Meguro, a very cool neighborhood of shops and small restaurants. Excellent on many levels.

It was my second stay. Location is perfect, 5mins away from tube station and takes only less than 20mins to get to central. The room is not big but has everything that we needed.

Love the neighbourhood as away from crowd. Train station is only a 2 min walk. Supermarket, convenience stores and cafes are located nearby. Rooms are slightly bigger than other hotels for the same price range.

Decent value for Tokyo. Ok room size. Has a washing machine but lacks anywhere to easily dry the clothes. Location is quiet at night. Plenty of places to eat near by, with convenience stores near by too. Yutenji station is close by. Is a bit off the tourist track, but offers good value if you don't mind some extra travel time as you will likely have to transfer trains at shibuya to get to other locations in tokyo.

Small clean hotel in Tokyo suburb”
Tokyu Stay is a chain of hotels designed for long-stay guests; all rooms have a small kitchenette and washing machine. This particular hotel is small but the rooms are reasonably sized and it is just 3 minutes walk from Yutenji station offering fast connections to Shibuya and other popular Tokyo areas as well as to Yokohama in the opposite direction.

My partner and I absolutely love the Meguro area of Tokyo. Really not too many hotel options in the local region and were lucky to find the Tokyo Stay Meguro Tutenji. The rooms are a little run down and haven't been re-painted in a while but it definitely does the job - we spent most of our time exploring hence it didn't phase us all too much! Loved being so close to the Yutenji train station, Ebisu district and Nakameguro are also within walking distance! Definitely try Blue Bottle and Onibus coffee!

I was alittle disappointed with the lack of customer loyalty at this hotel. We stayed here for over a week and twice before and when I asked for a delay in the checkout time the staff went to their standard procedure in charging half a day. It’s a very clean place but really should be listed for business people and not families.

Only stay there for the price”
This is a not so up to standard branch of the Tokyu Stay chain. The premise is a bit run down and toilet smells. We stayed on the 6/F for four nights. During our first night, we found that there was a sewage smell as soon as you stepped out of the elevator. Even the staff was a bit embarrassed by that. Yutenji is a residential neighbourhood. Stay there unless you want to experience the local Japanese residential quietness. If not, there is not much going on in the area. If you like Tokyu Stay, you can try other branches. The price was the only attraction for us for our stay.

Nära till tunnelbana och flera supermarknader. Allt som behövs finns på rummet, dock är allt elektronisk på japanska. Hotellpersonalen hjälpa dock gärna till med att översätta text på tex. fjärrkontroll och tvättmaskin. 5 min till Shibuya, 10 till Shinjuku, 25 till Ginza. Lugn och avslappnad bostadsområde.
