The room is great”

I love the room!! I stayed in the small double room for 2 nights, the space of the room, bed and also bathroom was bigger than standard that I ever seen in Japan. Staff is very good. Location is great too. The hotel can access 3 minutes by foot from exit 8 of subway Shin-Nihombashi Station but this station is old then it's not have escalator or lift for my big luggage. So I used Kanda Station instead which had escalator and can access in 7 minutes by foot.

Feel so at home, little room but with a big bed”

The double room is quite small, compared to twin room, but it has every basic thing we need. Since we are in a group of 7, the common room at lobby is very cosy, a big table in the centre which serves us, the group, rather well. Very friendly, helpful and honest staff, one of us lost the JR Railpass, and the hotel kept it for us. Many areas seem small but we have all we need, feeling so at home, if I stay for a week in Tokyo, will surely come back here.

So hard to find a big room for 3 teenage....”

Checked through many hotels before finding this little hotel tucked at a corner which has a room big enough to accommodate 3 demanding teenage girls who want soft bed, big individual bed, good toilet space, and here we find all that at very affordable price near Tokyo station. There're even washing machine, self lifting toilet seat cover, separate toilet cabin from hand wash basin, so 2 persons can use those facilities at the same time. Food is simple but good quality. Very friendly staff. We stay only 3 nights but feel so at home already.

Spacious and fully equipped room near Kanda”

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well equipped the room is, especially when the typical hotels in Japan are rather small. Well thought and modern design, the rooms have all the amenities you need. Even has microwave oven and fully automatic washing machine. It is conveniently located next to Kanda station. Room is very clean too.

value for Money hotel”

- hotel is close to JR shin nihombashi station subway exit. But there is no elevator/escalator from subway to ground level. If you carry heavy lugagge it is recommended to just ride a taxi from tokyo station to this hotel. Taxi fee is around 1000yen. - good service from hotel staff. Can speak english well. Gave complimentary gifts of origami to customer. Able to entertain all customer request - good internet connection - good room size. Room comes with washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, fridge and hot plate. - got breakfast - got complimentary coffee 1030am to 10pm - overall: value for money

Highly recommended”

So happy to stay here for 3 nights. Located nearby Shin-Nihonbashi station (in 2 minutes) and take 2 mins by train to Tokyo Station. Very clean and fully equipped with washing machine inside the room (with dry function), microwave, iron, etc. Hotel's employees are so helpful and nice. Breakfast is decent and menu changes day by day. Free drink all the day with coffee and tea. Will be here again in the future when turn back to Tokyo. Very good experience for the 1st time in Japan

Convenient train access, but facing highway - can be noisy at night ”

Hotel is located in a convenient place, with the Shin nihombashi station just 5 minutes away. Also has 2 24 hr grocery shops near the hotel/station. However, the hotel faces a flyover and doesn't have good sound proofing so expect to hear the noise of traffic rushing by at night. Also, the hotel didn't have very good pillows. Really soft and has no support. Value for money option, but watch out for the pitfalls.

Simple and small, but if not shopping too much or having a big luggage, it is a comfortable hotel.

Good to have a short stay”

The location is good. It takes around 8-10 min. To JR station. Rooms are clean and model. The size is fair enough in Tokyo with reasonable price.

comfy big room, near metro exit”

i booked a double room and it is big by japan standards. i like the design of the room, with fridge placed beneath the big table, beside the arm chair which i face the tv directly. hotel is near to shin-nihombashi station and there is a free loop shuttle bus service from tokyo station to nearby station (i did not try the shuttle bus service).

Good basic hotel”

In a quiet area but 5-6 minutes from Kanda station (Yamanote Line) where there are tons of restaurants and bars. Note: If you stay more than 6 nights they will only clean the room once, but you can ask for more amenities whenever. Also very useful: a washer/dryer which stays turned on when you leave your room.

Disappointing location, lack of service”

Although the hotel is "close" to JR Shin-Nihombashi station, there is NO elevator to enter/exit the station or you have to use the Kanda station for the elevator or transfer to other subway lines. Took a while for the staffs to figure out the mistaken reservation after we refused to pay extra $30 for a mistake that was not incurred by us, and it's been a challenge to communicate with the staffs in English. Room size was okay but old, and NO LAUNDRY even if the laundry machine was in the pictures, and we were informed that there is no coin laundry facility nearby either. What disappointed the most is that they served the breakfast IN THE LOBBY and the complimentary coffee service was closed during their breakfast hour for people who did not want their breakfast. Wish we had chosen somewhere else instead. Think twice before you decide to stay at this hotel!

Fantastic location”

+ Awesome location among 2 JR stations and 2 subway station. Friendly and fluent in English staffs. Enough facilities in the room. Comfort bed and bathtub. - No wardrobe in the room. Wish to come here again next time

Amazing stay ”

Hotel room was an average Size for a hotel in Tokyo. The staff were pleasant and helpful - you can walk to Akihabara from here and there are several train stations near by. We will be coming to stay again on our next trip !

Comfortable Stay”

The hotel is comfortable. Other room has a washing machine in the room. It has good design as the running of washing machine does not disturb our sleep. There are 3 subways we can take. We can take the nearest subway direct to Narita Airport but takes 1.5 hours to reach. Check the train timing from the subway as the timing is not frequent. Try to book the green car which has seat reservation. We took the passenger train. It is cheap but very uncomfortable as it was crowded at the later journey. We were unable to have a good rest in the train. No one tell us how to book the green car.

The hotel location is strategic and near to JR subway station by walking distance. 1 station to go Tokyo station and very convenient in term if convenient store 24 hour "Family Mart". The hotel toilet required to improve in term of cleanness for hair drop on floor instead of just refill the towel.

Not 3 stars standard and over rated.”

1st Time encounter this hotel in Tokyo only will do bed making n cleaning up if u only stayed a week or more..... but will change towels daily. Ever stayed 2 stars hotel too, they provide all these basis services daily.... Front staff not tt helpful too...did ask them to help to get a cab & to speak Japanese to the driver tt we gg to airport limousine transfers to airport, their excuse is , very difficult to get cab infront hotel and told us walk 1-2 street down w our 3 heavy luggages under heavy drizzling to get cab...just passed us a leaflet told to show the cab driver. Not ever going back to all of these Tokyo Stay hotel they hv few outlets.

Just an overnight stay . Checked in very late and only slept for 4 hours. Location is not exactly in Tokyo Station. Need to take a metro from the hotel to Tokyo Station. Room and bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very basic with limited choice. Overall stay was quite comfortable
