Good for driving”
Free parking space on site. I read comments complaining the location, but it's absolutely fine for me because I was driving. Facilities are pretty new and needless to say very clean, as it's Japanese standards. Rooms are more spacious than traditional Japanese hotels. The staff are friendly. High value for money

Hotel is at a quiet area, not very far from the train station, I think it was less than 10mins walk, has Family Mart nearby. Staffs are helpful and pleasant. We arrived around 10.30am, they let us leave our luggage there as the check in time is 3.00pm. Towels, yukata, slippers, toiletries are all provided. They even gave face mask, face lotion, face cleansing oil,etc. Hotel room is clean, although not too huge, but comfortable enough for both of us. Bed and pillows are also comfortable, hot shower and bath is available en suite. Communication with staffs are okay, if you know a lil japanese. Overall very happy

This hotel locate in tottori city center. Locate near the shopping distric, near sightseeing place like jinpukaku. Bus stop which go to sand dunes area and city loop bus (green)also near from this hotel.

I found the room was quite spacious for Japanese standard. Good facilities with good hot running water. About 10-minute walk to JR tottori station.

This hotel was very good for the price. The room was simple but clean. It was a quick drive to the sand museum. The only downside is that there aren’t too many restaurants open late nearby

A bit far away from Tottori station. It takes 10 to 15 minutes walk. But very easy to find, just go straight down the road. Room is spacious in Japan. TV a bit smaller. No other facilities like onsen.

Very very old hotel”
The hotel is very old. Overnight parking is available for self driving. 500 yen per night if i can remember correctly. Internet is very bad and not reliable. So old that it feels a little spooky at night. Lots of food options near the Tottori station at about 10-15 mins walk away. Would book a different hotel at Tottori the next time.

I have booked a room at the new wing, but forgot to mention that I would prefer to have a non smoking room. I was arranged to a smoking room and they didnt have non smoking room anymore. Room is clean but old. Value for money. Charged parking is available, but was very full at night and you will have to leave your car key to the hotel.

Hotel staffs very polite and helpful. Parking rate is reasonable @ JPY 600 per day. Amenities are easily accessible. Got a row of Sakura trees quit a nice scenery.

This hotel was good. Had a good view of the city. Very close to the station and had bus stops along the street that is easily accessible to sightseeing places. It was clean but could be cleaner and overall a good stay.

Reasonably Priced Hotel”
It is a bit of walk from Tottori Station. Room is clean. Facilities are not fancy but OK. Staffs are all kind and helpful. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. It is by a creek running through the city. It is reasonably priced and I am happy tc come back here again.

It’s name is literally Tottori City Hotel. Tottori, the “biggest” city in the prefecture. With Mt. Daisen, the sand dunes, and the sand museum. You would think the Hotel right near the station named after the city would have at least one English speaking staff. Calling them was miserable.
