Great staying for traveling solo”
Traditional apartment is located right at 瓦町 station which is downtown area. So easy to get around. Apartment is shared rooms with full functional facilities. Super comfortable. Meanwhile you also have chance to meet different people. Overall environment is friendly and convenient. Staff there are also very helpful and responsible. Highly recommended!

The guesthouse provides everything I need”
Very close to the station, and there are a big supermarket open until 23:00, so nothing has to be worried. Warm and cozy and I like the common area :)

everything is perfect!! but if you like to enjoy a shower, I feel little inconvenient but you have to think 'Price' that is reaaaally so cheap so it wouldn't be problem haha :) I wanna visit here again

Very bad hotel with bad service ”
Check in time is from 4 p.m to 9 p.m and after that time you gotta pay for 1,000 yen/hour. This is japan ????? I went to Osaka and Ginza and everything is MUCH BETTER than this hotel !!!! Whenever you check in it’s fine!!!!! And - it’s my first time to come to Japan, I said I cannot get to the hotel and ask them to cancel the reservation ( I can get half of my money ) But they didn’t cancel the reservation cos they said you are already late. Even if you don’t check in you gotta pay the price. What ?????? They made me almost sleep in te street. I gotta say it’s the worst hotel I ever seen. Bad service, rude owner. They just wanna make profits, guys, don’t come to this hotel. For them, money is the most important thing rather than customer. Don’t come to this hotel guys. You will regret.

Along with confirming check-in time previous to the day of check in, we received your understanding in regard to our e-mail explaining fees for late check-ins. On the day of check-in, we waited but we received no contact before 9pm, the last time normal check-ins could be made.We finally received contact from you at 10pm, but it was stated you would not arrive until after 0am.As there were other guests using the dormitory, we told you that we would prefer it if you would refrain from entering the dormi late at night. Then we received a response to that e-mail that contained angry speech toward our company.A staff waited at the reception until 1am, but you did not come in the end. We operate our business following set rules so that everyone can have a pleasant stay. Our staff takes opinions about lodging and suggestions into account very seriously, but regardless of having not stayed with us, we ask you to please refrain from reviewing our company based on feelings of a personal nature.

It was quite good but”
Staff was just best, nice and warm, dormitory house was nice and clean too. But there was not enough space for baggage near bed. I put my baggage down stair and it was little uncomfortable. Kitchen and lounge were very clean and neat, but it would be much better to have some hanger in the bathroom. Location was just behind the Kawaramachi station and wasn't that hard to find as I worried. You will be given with a seperate key, so very free to get into house anytime.

Very close to train station. Luggage storage was offered. Good price. Yet no TV and have to travel upstairs before entering the rooms. Shared bathroom is incovenient to family travelers. Recommand to backpackers!
