Room: spacious and clean, open bath has wonderful view. Food: great food, fresh and beautifully presented. Staff: super friendly! Great hospitality Location: 10 mins walk from station. They always welcome to drive you to the station.

Amazing stagg”
We took the train from nikko to the stop before kinugawa onsen and then walked.l the 17 minutes to the ryokan. The staff were incredibly nice and got us checked in immediately. We booked the room with the bath on the balcony and it was amazing. We went to the nearby convenience store for some sake and enjoyed the bath while listening to the river. The water was almost scalding which made it a bit hard to enjoy fully but it was still a treat and necessary since my girlfriend has tattoos which prohibits her from most public onsen. Once we bathed we changed into our yukata with the help of the older lady. She also serves us our hikari which was amazing. She was so sweet and honestly the reason this place deserves all 5 stars. She helped show us how to do everything and was very kind. While sleeping on the ground ryokan style isn't really for me, if I'm ever back in the region I'll definitely stay again.

Honeymoon in Ryokan”
Food was average for the price we paid. Expected more to be honest. The room was very big but a bit old and could use some upgrades. Bed was very soft and springey and was not comfortable. The private onsen was small but very nice. View was okay as it was high-up and overlooking the river. Not much to boast about.

I'll definitely recommend this family owned (seems like) onsen hotel to my friends. Our room has a private onsen with a view of snowing and forest in peace and quiet. An elder woman introduced the room facilities and their service to us in Japanese. We don't know Japanese but with her body language and little bit of Japanese English, we can understand 90% of her introduction. It's too much fun. Another highlight must be the Kaiseki cuisine for dinner and the fine breakfast. Onsen, Kaiseki, Views, Tatami, Privacy, Thoughtful service and etc. are all including in the price of your room. It's super worthy for money and we definitely will go back again.

The hotel doesn't really look good at all but inside is great. Very attentive staff providing great survive. Dinner and breakfast are good. The private open air bath in room is the best. Worth in money!

The hotel is a 10 min walk from kinugawa onsen station, and it's easy to find! If you're studying at this hotel, be sure to reserve your breakfast and dinner booking! The food is wonderful! The hotel arranges free pickup service from hotel to station for guests in the morning, which is wonderful if you're Hobbs catch a bus or train.

Очень комфортный рекан, чего не скажешь снаружи. Просторный номер, советую не экономить и брать с ванной-бочка на балконе с видом на горы и реку. Сидеть в горячей воде и смотреть на горы - чистая медитация. Завтрак и ужин японские, очень много перемен блюд, все вкусно, очень свежие продукты. Даже те, кто не ест рыбу, остались сыты. На завтрак и ужин можно идти в юката и местных тапочках. Отдельное спасибо персоналу - все очень искренне заботливы и создают очень расслабляющую атмосферу. На ресепшене есть милая девушка, которая говорит по-английски. Нас сопровождала другая прекрасная женщина, которая ухитрилась без всякого английского прекрасно нам все объяснить - как носить юката, как мыться, как готовить мясо и что с чем едят. Ещё нигде так отлично не спалось, как на футоне в этой гостинице. Если вернёмся в Никко - будем жить только там! Жаль только, не прогулялись вдоль реки до подвесного моста - увидели его только из окон трансфера до станции.

原本預定的房形是古式古香的露天木造風呂，結果給了另一間很普通的露天風呂，經反映後沒能更換，只能接受... 地點不算方便，要從車站步行10-15分鐘，還好晚餐和早餐尚算豐盛，味道和品質令人滿意。可是大眾浴場非常細小，溫泉是最普通的水質，打著鬼怒川溫泉日式風呂旅館的名號，風呂卻大大令人失望，連城市的溫泉飯店也不如。原是是次旅程最期待的旅館，比預期差太遠，性價比非常低，不會再入住，也不會推薦這家旅館！

個懷石料理晚餐好失望，勁唔好食，真係超失望。我地係自駕，地點睇住GOOGLE MAP 都唔難搵；至於間房個溫泉，都覺得好一般；整體覺得有中伏感覺，唔會再去，都唔建議其他人試，因為一晚都三千幾，性價比好低！
