A very clean place”
Clean. Free transport from JR station. Equipped with a variety of cooking utensils that enough for us to cook and clean up. Free bicycle provided which is very convenient for us to travel nearby. Good location that near a shopping street. Public toilets and shower rooms are as clean as a new one. Dust-free room. Highly recommended.

first of all, Hiroko-san and and her husband are so nice! She whatsapped me few days before the trip to confirm on our arrival there. She also picked us up from JR Wakayama Station. The room is clean, big, and nice. It is also really near to Wakayama Castle and Korakuen.

Both hiroko and Kazu were very hospitable as they picked us up at the station and drove our super heavy luggage to the station also showing us around. It was nice to meet the couple and we hope to see them again. It was a nice stay.

The room is clean and comfortable, the environment is quiet, next to the 24 hour store, shops are nearby. The host couple are very nice, picked up us from and back to the JR station. Their English is very good, no problem on communication.

各方面都得好，語房後店主已主動聯絡我們，直接來車站接我們。一次非常好的住宿體驗，下次來也會入住。樓下有四間𣺉浴室，每層樓有一個厠所，房間很乾淨。

屋主友善! 比較適合自駕”
出遊時正值台風, 屋主在行程前已聯絡, 知道我們沒有車更幫忙去車站接送我們. 因為我們都不懂日文, 屋主幫我們查看政府風暴鐵路消息. 住宿地點外1分鐘就是步行街, 10分鐘內已有食店, 便利店, 超市, 買東西回家很方便. 民宿很乾淨整齊, 設備就一般, 基本要求.

Cozy room with hospitable hosts”
こっちの都合に合わせてJR駅や港まで送迎してくれてとてもたすかりました。トイレとシャワーが共用なのでちょっと不便ですが、付近のおいしいラーメンやとかアトラクションとかを教えてくれて優しい方でした。 提供從JR站和和歌山港的接駁，並且很樂意提供周邊景點的介紹，是很好的房東夫婦。

低料金でも満足できる、料金の何倍も価値のある宿”
親子３人の素泊まりでした。 建物は古かったけど、中はリノベーションされていて味のある古さと新しさがほどよく調和して居心地がよかったです。 オーナーさんが近隣のおいしい飲食店や車ですぐ行ける温泉などを教えてくれて、とても親切に対応してもらいました。 駐車場はありませんが、歩いてすぐのところに24時間600円のコインパーキングがあるので、問題ありません。 ゲストブックを見てみると、アジア系の外国人の旅行客が多く利用しているようでした。 和歌山マリーナシティまで車で30分かからないくらいなので、泊まりがけで遊びに行くにもオススメできる宿です。 オートロック式でオーナーさんは常に宿にいるわけではないので、チェックインする時間は事前に到着時間を連絡する必要があります。 ３人で1万円かからずに泊まれてとても満足です。 ありがとうございました！

親戚の家に遊びに行ったような宿泊体験でした。自転車の無料レンタル、駅までの送迎などを含めると、宿泊料金以上のサービスを受けたと感じました。

Fantastiskt”
実に地方都市の商店街らしい商店街の近く、パチンコ屋の前にも関わらず、少し寂しい気もするくらい、静かです。商店街が近いからといって何がどうだ、という気もしますが、まぁ歩いてそれなりにいろいろ行けるのは良いかと。教えてもらった美味しいラーメン屋さんやドン・キホーテ、和歌山城にも歩いて行けます。ちょっと遊具もある公園も、割と近いです。 スタッフの方には行きも帰りも送迎してもらい、帰りはフェリー乗り場まで送ってもらってしまいました。助かりました。フレンドリーな方で子どもたちにも嫌な顔せず付き合っていただきました。 部屋は和室の布団タイプ、家族四人だとこっちの方がありがたいです。布団を片付ければ広々、そんなに部屋にはいなかったですが、十分です。 総じて満足です。
