The workers here are so kind and accommodating. This is certainly one of the more upscale places I have stayed at, and you'll be treated as such - lots of politeness, keigo, attentive greetings, etc. I definitely felt a bit out of place here, but everyone on staff was so gracious and patient, that made me feel more at ease. I have stayed at other, more budget-friendly locations owned by this company when friends come to visit and we take a trip to the city, and this place met the expectations those built up. Location is central to a lot to do on foot, as are most hotels in this part of Kanazawa. It is nice to stay in this area and to enjoy the time walking around, without having to rely on transit in the more pleasant weather, doubly so in the time of COVID. The breakfast is lovely, we were glad to have spent the extra for it. The soba they serve at night is also nice and comforting, even though it's served a bit past my ideal bedtime (starts at 9pm, and I tend to be in bed with a book by then, especially after a long day of walking). The always available drinks and small snacks are a nice touch, our favorite was absolutely the sake wagashi they had out during our visit. It'd be nice to have a bit more variety for tea (only darjeeling and earl grey as bags, and brewed mugi...some chamomile, sencha, or a mint would be so nice!). The bar and snacks served at night might not be as extensive as other places with larger food services, but were well worth the money. Generous pours of sake in the flight option, and some truly interesting rotating snacks. We enjoyed the three year aged fugunoko! Kanazawa Shu Shu is a great sake bar right down the block, I highly recommend stopping there, as well, if you want some expanded regional offerings. We stayed in a room with a terrace. The room itself was pretty standard by Japan size (so ...small), and the narrowest/smallest on the floorplan, but it was still quite nice. The terrace faces east, so you'll get a nice bright sunri

Fabulous hotel in a great location”
We loved the UAN. Great location not far from the main train station and an easy location to walk around. The hotel was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The staff were very nice and we would recommend this hotel to others. It was fabulous!

Room very clean and new, and so petty while snowing we can see it from our room nook. Everything is nice design, very comfy and elegant. Cannot wait to go back.

One of the Best Modern Japanese Design Hotel”
Nice Decorated Layout in Hotel. Big Room with balcony. Nice Balcony view from the bathroom through the window. Hotel provided free noodle at night, good to try. And free juices also were provided in cafe. Excellent Stay!

other than Car park has to drive to other places, everything just excellence! Even we have a bad experience in here in exception case, but we still recommence this hotel to other guess. they have free drinks in the lobby, staff very polite, can speak a little English but they will try to help. Room is very new, big space, clean, no hot spring, but with a awesome Jacuzzi , shower salt also provided.

Beautiful hotel close to tourist attraction”
The hotel is a little further away from Kanazawa station but still walkable and is closer to all tourist attraction. The hotel is very new and we loved the bath salt and we did soaked in the bath in the room. We did purchase breakfast for 1 day and it was very nice and huge portion. Can’t fault anything in this hotel and would love to stay here again next time.
