A perfectly serviceable hotel with an excellent location next to Urawa station. The staff were efficient, and the rooms were nice and clean.

The hotel's location is excellent to access trains and cafes/restaurants and the rooms are decent sized for Japan. The facilities aren't great. Breakfast is too expensive, despite the room already being very expensive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay but no frills at all for the money we paid.

The hotel accepted my booking but not matched with my specified requirement stated. The staff simply said no room, but I did checked instant online booking that showed have my expected room. Black listed.

The front desk staff was kind of rude and unhelpful. They forgot to mention very important information which resulted in me paying more than what was agreed. Won’t be going back there anymore.
