Outstanding Stay”
It was great staycation in Doha with Retaj Salwa. Everything was above expectation from the reception to the food, facilities and room service and I would like to say a big thanks to Miss Soukaina the receptionist for her friendly welcoming and nice attitude and Mr. Mehadi the manager of Tamra restaurant for his kind gesture and for the great food. Definitely I would come back again and again soon.

Weekend getaway with the whole fambam”
Stayed for the first time in Vichys Célestins Spa Resort and was very impressed. The resort boasted of calming vast green spaces and several fun shallow pools all fit for kids of different ages. The vibe exudes luxury atmosphere with family and relaxation as a main theme. Buffet breakfast was spectacular. Service was exceptional. Professionalism And personal touch of courtesy and warmth by Soukaina and Maria of Reception was topnotch! Have recommended to colleauges and friends locally and overseas. Will definitely come back again.

Very nice facility with fair service ”
The facility is amazing, however service is not up to the rate of the resort (5 stars). Room service is very poor neither respond to phone nor fulfill the request fast. Some staff like Ahmed who’s taking breakfast orders and Selim on pool are truly professional and very nice. It was truly annoying that they allowed smoking around and close to pool plus allowing people to bring food from outside on pool (smell was disgusting).

Everything was very good, only location was out of TALABAT Delivery range, only few restaurant could delivery on there, other issue on room sound proofing, Room is very nice and clean but you can always hear the sound of who walking on the corridor, i believe doors could be replaced it will solve this issue, other wise everything was great.

Clean swimming pool, next to Aqua park, Villas are clean and well structured. Feedback: No cleaning control on the artificial river between villas the lake stinks, like dead animal, not clean at all. the breakfast wasn't worth eating Lunch was fairly good, we ordered Pizza, Beef Burger, and Siyadya (Fish with rice) though i can do better pizza at home.

Disappointing ”
I have been here before when it was under a different name and it was fantastic. Sadly it’s not like this anymore. When I arrived the staff were very lovely. But it shows there is no communication between anyone and no care for who is staying there. Room service is awful. Took an hour for ice and I had to call back to remind them. Food was also awful. They kept calling me by a different name. The bed sheet had a huge hole in it. When I arrived to use the pool is was such a bad green colour and couldn’t be used. They did move me to a different room and the lady in charge of VIP is very helpful. They sent me some fruit which was nice. But the next morning they sent me my breakfast without coffee that I ordered. It’s quite like they can’t get anything right. My key card also didn’t work to get me back in the room. I would stay in Doha and spend a little more to get a better service

Worst hotel experience :(”
Lack of coordination from the management. We were not informed thru email or even text message that the hotel room we booked will be allocated as quarantine rooms. They upgraded us to a villa room which is far from the hotel facilities and resto. Worst, the villa room was dirty and with lots of house flies, far from what you expect from a hotel room. They have in-room dining but most of the menus were not available. Worst hotel experience :(
