チェックインした際に入浴剤、乳液、などもらえて。部屋にUSBケーブルもあってとても便利。さらにAlexiaもついて、テレビつけたくなくても音楽を楽しめる。有明ガーデンから200メートル、AEONで色々買えるのでとても便利。一人でセミダーブルベッドで最高。Hotel is situated 200 meters from AEON supermarket and Ariake Garden, so it is super convenient. There is an Alexia speaker on the desk so you can play music if you don't want to turn on TV. They also provide USB plugs in each room which is a plus. Free "continental breakfast" (apple juice, coffee and 3 bread) which I didn't expected.

Satisfied staying in this hotel. Just three minutes walking distance from Ariake Tennis-no mori station. Only problem I find is that there is no convenience store just near by.

The location is good and easy to find. There is a large shopping mall nearby with quite a number of restaurants. The room is very clean and tidy because this hotel just opened in 2020. Check-in procedures were simple but the self-check in procedures may be confusing for those who do not understand any Japanese. The staff could have been more helpful but overall this is a very good hotel.

Good, new, but pretty bare bones”
It is brand new so that's an important point. I actually prefer the smaller 16m room to the slightly larger 18m room. Very good value right now. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast (because of pandemic time it is changed to bag breakfast) was ridiculous. 3 piece of bread and choose cup or coffee OR cup of apple juice. At least a piece of fruit of a yogurt or anything else would be appreciated especially since nothing right in that immediate area.

Nice and affordable hotel in Toyosu. Very close from Haneda Airport with 30 minutes ride! Direct bus to the Ariake Garden and from there you can walk to the hotel which is just nearby ! Very convenient!

Good room and service ”
I stayed there one night with my friend and we apparently ordered one room with two single beds. The room for two was not really big though (you cannot open a big piece of luggage on the floor), the bed was really comfortable to sleep. Thanks for the warm service at the reception.

Front desk staff don't really speak English so we had difficulty communicating. Check-in was a hassle, there were more then 2 front desk staffs available but i was referred to the self check in. Self check in failed as it only reflected 1 room instead of 2 so the staff had to do my check in over the counter. One of the electric kettles in the room had some mould at the base. We were a little disappointed with the housekeeping, Beds were made but does not seem have been vacuumed. Dirty cups were also left unwashed. Decent breakfast despite the small spread but very small sitting capacity and if you encounter tour groups expect to wait. Rooms are small with barely any walking space with a luggage opened.

Close to the station and bus stop so quick to get anywhere like Odaiba. Common area with drinks open all day, value breakfast buffet, shuttle running to Big Sitht and another area daily. Room was a little small but well equipped and many amenities available downstairs for additional comfort.

Location is very near to Ariake Garden where you have easy access to food as well as Airport Limo bus to Haneda airport. Hotel also provides free shuttle service to Tokyo Big Sight Convention Centre

This hotel is near Ariake tennis no mori station and Ariake Garden (5mins walk or less). Easy to find. I definitely recommend this to anyone, it's budget friendly and had a free breakfast buffet. Food are great. They have a bus as well. I prefer subways. Am a first time traveler and I love the hotel and the country.
