Fräscht hotell till bra pris! Helt ok läge, en bit att gå men helt ok! Små men mycket rena och fräscha rum. Trevligt bemötande. Bra att kunna förvara bagaget tryggt i låsta skåp även efter utcheckning för 20:-. Inte provat frukosten. Rekommenderas!

Only downsides were that the room misses a vault to store things (because the hotel doesn't take responsibility for any items left in the room) and also that the door handle didn't seem really sturdy :D but overall all good!

Hassle free stay not far from central station”
There’s a lot of construction going on around, but it’s not loud inside and even with an open window. Good value for money.

Triple room was not too spacious, the third bed was just a sofa bed. Hotel was modern, staff were nice and friendly. Location was a bit far from the central station.

First Stay in this hotel”
We stayed for 3 nights, cost approx SGD120/night for standard room. From Google map, hotels appears to be near train station. In actual it’s quite a walk & bothersome due to on-going constructions after Central station route which the lane is shared with bicycles & took approximately 8-10mins. Hotel is quite modern & ample of lounging area near the lifts. Standard room was clean, slightly small. No hot kettle & mini fridge in room. Overall it’s an okay stay.

Dont answer the telephone at front desk”
We forgot an item in our room but cant get in contact with the front desk. They just put us on hold for more than 15 minutes. Then we gave up

They not professional and don’t have experience how to speak with customers it’s on my opinion sorry to say that but I wasn’t happy at all with who works on Reception 0/10 , but hotel in general good 8/10

Room Size Not that Big but Otherwise good”
I booked hotel by watching pics and it felt that its big but when I actually gone there with my wife and 9 year daugher and 2 year son, room is quite small. Othewise all other things like cleanliness, temperature maintainance, bathroom etc is ok

Okey hotel with bad staff ”
The hotel is okey, nothing more nothing less. Our problem with this place was the staff. When we arrived they couldn’t find our booking. We called Agoda and they talked directly to the hotel. Still no booking. We and agoda asked for a manager who we got promised were gonna be back later. Since we were on vacation we left the hotel to go on with our day. Later the same night we got the same answer. Still no booking. This time agoda solved it by talking to another person at the hotel. Turnes out that the booking had been there all the time. The person in charge told us that we at least got a free locker for our bags for the day. When again asked to talk to a manager no one existed or had an email phone number etc. The staff was kinda rude and therefor we can’t recommend you to stay here.
