Great service from Management”
I was super excited to try WM hotel as we wanted a different type of staycation away from the crowds of the city for my husbands birthday. It started off with me calling up the hotel to reserve a steriliser / cot for my baby. After being told there was only one steriliser for the whole hotel and it had already been booked out I could suddenly start to feel myself get anxious. As all mums know, having a formula fed baby can be a bit troublesome with having to sterilise bottles so my mind was racing on how to handle the is situation. Would I have to cart my UV steriliser along with me?! However after some discussion the Duty Manager Johnson was happy to further arrange other options for me as well as ensure the whole staycation went without any other glitches. He checked in on us numerous times during our stay and made sure everything was just perfect! We had such an amazing time that we didn’t want to leave. We will Definately be back and one more thing, the pool was such a highlight. 5 stars!

It is excellent for driving visitors where the hotel provides spacious free parking. Staff with polite and helpful attitude. The environment e.g. Gym, swimming pool, etc. of the hotel is nice. Breakfast includes a variety of fresh food. Additional, it was nearby lots of attractive visiting points in Sai Kung. I highly recommend to stay for the hotel for 3 days 2 nights trip!!!

Peaceful , stylish and comfortable”
Despite some facilities being closed due to covid, the hotel was a great for a relaxing weekend getaway in Sai Kung. The layout of the hotel and views of the ocean and greenery are a rare treat in Hong Kong. The rooms were clean, bright and modern with amazing bathroom and chich wooden theme. The included breakfast buffet had a great selection of Chinese and Western food.

Amazing staycation with friend. Wish we had stayed longer. perfect location within walking distance (500m) to shops and cafes. also walkign distance to beach (less than 10min). HIghly recommend. great service. rooms were spacious , very clean and modern. Loved the bathtub and great views.

Perfect except for one minor thing”
This hotel is really conveniently located. Just a few minutes walk from Sai Kung town so there are tons of options for food, massage and water activities. Room is comfortable and the smart TV is really easy to use so you can pair it with your smartphone to stream Netflix or Disney+. The in room dinning experience was great too. Food was delicious and it came in 20 mins. The only thing is the wall/door I doesn’t do a very good job being sound proof. I can hear my next door neighbor going in and out of their room and their chatters in the hallway. It’s not a huge problem but just a tiny bit annoying. The rooftop infinity pool is nice! It stretches across the roof and curves around so it doesn’t feel too cramped.

Perfect staycation”
The hotel is really new, opened in Aug 2021, everything is clean. I like the artistic and warm design, it makes big difference with other regular hotel. It's so enjoyable & relaxing having a seaview balcony. Hotel also offered free parking and free mini bar drinks which add pleasure to the trip. There is also expresso coffee machine & free capsule in room. Breakfast buffer is good too, many varieties of food to choose. Overall speaking, I have an excellent trip even not going abroad. Lastly, hotel is quiet while just 5-8 minutes walk to city centre which have many restaurants and activities.

since all guests mostly check in within the same period, it is always having long queuing at the check in counter, two receiption counter can spend at least 15 mins for a check-in, just because the time spend on hotel introduction and activity briefing spends at least 10 mins, the hotel management should arrange anothe groups of staffs to handle the briefing separately from the check-in counter, then impatient noisy from the quening guests can be reduced, everyone happys

4/5 Hotel with potential”
Before I went, I saw a lot of negative reviews about this hotel, so I was worried. But there aren’t many accommodations choices in the area, and I booked late for a holiday, so I ended up staying here. It wasn’t that bad as its ratings for sure. The hotel is very clean, room facilities are new and great, location is prime. Only few minutes walk to Sai Kung downtown area. I particularly liked the bathtub and room size, which is rarely large in HK. However, I would say it’s a little pricy. Coz of Covid and the hotel being newly opened, most hotel amenities aren’t even available. Considering for a much lower price, you can stay in most 5-star hotels in the city. But again, there aren’t many choices in Sai Kung. Another cons was the breakfast. Tasted terrible and not many food options. I’m not a breakfast person, so not a huge problem for me. But for the price and hotel, I expected better. One more issue would be the balcony. The hotel has only three floors, and there is a busy pedestrian walk between the rooms and the sea. So unless you are on the roof, the view from your room balcony would be a little “mixed”. Definitely not like an actual resort. I think this is an OKAY choice for Sai Kung 4/5. Would recommend for a try, but not the go-to type of hotel. I hope when it’s fully opened, it can offer more.

Excellent Service! Excellent Food and Accommodation ”
Though I stayed in this hotel for only one night, I had a remarkable experience with my family. The best thing about this hotel is to provide totally free parking during your stay and I was allowed to freely went in and out without any limitation. Even this hotel is in quite remote area, it brings the customer tremendous inconvenience. About the room, I stayed in a regular room at mountain side where I can saw the sunset. The room was very spacious and clean. One thing I must mention was the bath tub was inside the shower area. You can splashed the water all over the places without worrying about the floor got wet. Kids would enjoy it to play around with it. Without doubt, the swimming pool was absolutely stunning. It was a horizon pool with infinity edge and magnificent view. However, the water was freaking cold as the temp around this time was only 18 degree Celsius. For the breakfast buffet, there were varieties of foods and drink and better than any other 5 stars hotel. The price is a bit expensive but it worth going there during the summer.

Minor problems, overall is good! ”
BAD: 1. the pen in the room, was a broken one with the ink pouring out... so when we pick up the pen want to write down sth, black ink got everywhere.... so bad experience... I mean, it's obviously already broken, why not change it when doing the room cleaning?? 2. We were supposed to late checkout at 2pm, so we went to gym at noon, and when we came back, our room door wide open with a garbage bag in front... cause the cleaning lady thought we have checked out... but actually all our personal belongings are in the room. 3. the hair dryer power is so weak that it prob took me 20-30mins to dry my hair. GOOD: 1. the swimming pool view is so good 2. breakfast buffet is good 3. room is clean, big enough, quite.

It’s fantastic to stay at the WM hotel for a family retreat and birthday celebration 🎉 I particularly thanks for their kind decorations and room arrangement. We are satisfied with the smart device in room facilities and quality amenities. The roof top swimming pool is valued for paid. Stunning view! the pool water cleanness is under control. The buffet morning breakfast should be reviewed and improved to a level of acceptance. Overall, my family strongly recommend this hotel for all of you. Thanks for their orientation and service! New hotel in sai kung city center ”
Didnt expect to queue for check in on a Monday, theres only one check in counter available, waited for 20 mins to be able to check in, whole process was taking too long. But thanks to the hotel for arranging the birthday decoration. Breakfast was simple, nothing much to share . Great location right next to the main bus station
