This past week I surprised my wife with a trip to Gatlinburg for our 24th Wedding anniversary and we stayed here. We had an amazing stay and will be staying here from now on. Our room was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed, we had a great view and the staff was awesome. The outside area was a great area to hang out and relax after a long day out. George was a great host, very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was great. He even had a hand written note and a bottle of wine waiting on us for our anniversary when we arrived. Check in and out was a breeze. It is close to downtown area and easy to get to. If you are considering a stay here you will not be disappointed.

This was our first time and won’t the be last time we use this hotel. The front desk texted us before we even got here with tips on how to get around Gatlinburg. We were welcomed with a bear made our towels and a jam. The clean was very clean and stayed cool throughout our stay here. After learning that we were traveling for his birthday, the host left a birthday card and balloons! Although this was a contactless experience, the communication was superb, as you are given the option to hang a note with the items you’ll be needing upon your return to the hotel. You get a personal keurig and k cups.

The bed could be a little more comfortable.

Needed a place at the last minute and got a room here. We loved the contactless check in (after we figured out why no one was in the office). The staff was very friendly and accommodating and we loved the community kitchen and game room. My family played pool, card games, and watched tv. The hotel is slightly off the main strip, which is great for privacy, and the Trolley stop is directly in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and we loved the contactless room service. The only disadvantage was no pool, but we were exploring Gatlinburg, so it was fine. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

It was peaceful and relaxing. Not too far from downtown Gatlinburg. We loved the community center and the community kitchen. The staff where also extremely nice. Had a few hick ups but it was taken care of easily. The room was inviting and comfortable,even with my family of five. The room actually stayed a consistent temperature. Everything went well and priced was amazing!

The only thing I can complain about is having to open the shower window the let the steam out. It opened up where you can see inside the shower. That made me uncomfortable.

Location great. We walked downtown our first day and picked up lunch. very convienet to downtown area. First time for contactless checkin, but this was very good. Arrived a little early and called number on the door. Representative sent us needed information for our room number and key code. Flawless.

Everything was fine. Room was clean and directions were complete.

It was off the main high traffic street. Manager was super great and took my disabled friend’s oxygen machine and luggage carried in and showed us where the Community Room and well stocked Community Kitchen are. We’ll be booking again soon

Very comfortable room, clean, relaxing, great view from the top floor. Staff is amazing...friendly, helpful, great communication. Nice location that is convenient to downtown Gatlinburg but away from the tourist crowds. Great place to base yourself if hiking and exploring in Great Smoky Mountains National Park (which is a short drive away).

My Family and I loved everything about this hotel. Check in was incredible and seemless. The room was comfortable and the small items that were included were very thoughtful. We enjoyed the patio and family area close to the back of the property. It was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The beds were super comfortable! I have chronic pain and have a hard time finding hotels with comfortable beds so this was a huge plus. My 14 year old son enjoyed the basketball goal. I liked that it’s close to everything but away from the chaos too.

The parking lot is a little small and laid out strange. Use extreme caution when backing out of parking spaces.

Great location, far away from the pretty noisy center, but not to far, just 15 min to center by foot King size bed! Table with chairs to eat together Contactless check-in and check-out Plenty of parking lots Electronic lock Air conditioner with the option of drying. The nights were so humid; we had to use air drying during the night time, otherwise the air inside became too uncomfortable to breath.

The location was within an easy walk of the main Gatlinburg strip, Anakeesta, and many restaurants. George was especially friendly, the room was remodeled and very clean, and the fire pit, community center, snacks and towel folded in the shape of a bear were nice touches.

Super nice room and staff! Had a towel bear with snacks waiting for us on the bed! Very clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice and friendly. They brought us towels and nessisites when we extended our stay for another night. Even got to see a real black bear in the parking lot! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The room was clean and comfortable and the one staff member who I interacted with throughout our stay was amazing. She was handling everything, and always had a positive, helpful demeanor.

I liked the vibe, but this is a standard, clean, place to lay your head, not the Ritz.

It was very clean. Has a goodie basket when you check in. Keyless entry is awesome too. Perfect view of Gatlinburg. Staff was very friendly and checked in with us every day.

Not a lot of parking. But other then that, awesome!.

It is in a convenient location, close to the attractions such as the Park itself. Very clean and guest friendly with toiletries, refrigerator, microwave, TV, a desk, and all we need for travelling. Front desk and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating!

Great place to stay, highly recommend, definitely come back and stay again, very close to everything downtown Gatlinburg , management was great, very nice and courteous, kind people, very relaxing, very clean - thankyou again

The staff was very nice , We came in from FL and it was very late by the time we got there and for the room it was a great price, close to everything not to far from town. We got the room with the bunk beds which is kid friendly Loved the lil bear towel and snacks they provide. Would stay again!

Owner of property was onsite when we arrived which was great, she was very friendly and directed us to our room. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice fire pit and swing outside and the staff was great.

Location was a little further from central than we expected

Found a new way to get checked in and out quickly. The room way pleasant and clean. Love the jar of jam. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Will let others know about Work and Travel Lodge.
