Stayed for 17 nights, the staff were very polite and accommodating since our first day. If you need anything they’re just one call away and willing to help. Good location, there are many restaurants, supermarkets and malls nearby. Accessible to transportation. Clean and quiet rooms. The housekeeping cleans the room and changes the bed everyday. The lobby is so elegant! We also took a photoshoot there during our wedding preparation, and when we came back we got a little surprise (they prepared our bed). A good value for money, worth every penny. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Thank you Swiss-Belhotel Blulane! Would love to come back!

This hotel is so great!!! They will make sure you are satisfied and will help whenever they can even without you asking. You can really relax in this hotel. Rooms are big, clean, cool and comfortable. Food is very affordable and tasty. Everything in the room is working great, except for the safe, which doesn't have batteries. I love the working area in the room. It greatly made my online worktime comfortable. We will definitely book this hotel again. I'm just curious, unlike other hotels, why do they have a 13th floor but no 14th floor? We were shy to ask the front desk. 🤣🤣🤣

Initially, we had a problem with the internet but as soon as we informed the staff, they addressed it immediately. Wifi connection restored! Rooms are clean and well kempt. A great place if you plan to explore Binondo area on foot or basically anywhere in Manila since it's also a walking distance to LRT stations like Carriedo and Recto stations. The room is also nice for the price that I was actually surprised.

If you're planning in exploring Binondo and nearby areas and you're on a budget. This is a good hotel with great staff (except for a moron security staff at the front lobby/entrance). Location is strategically located in Binondo, room is clean and spacious, security is good, food at the resto is good although a bit pricey (buffet rate) for a dimsum buffet. But overall, our stay here was good because of the corteous front desk staff and location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Note: Room carpet and beds could be improved for guests better experience
