Best choice within the reach”
The hotel location is spot on, walking distance to all main tourist places such as Jonker Walk, River Cruise, Stadthuys...etc. We chose the room facing the Malacca River, the view was awesome. Room is clean and spacious. Facilities are good with free parking. The hotel has attached mall with some eateries. Swimming pool is big and nice. Pillow was a little flat and would be good if a spoon was provided to mix coffee in room. But these not a show stopper at all. Overall its a comfortable stay worth for the penny.

Best one so far (post pandemic)”
I have experienced many hotels struggling post pandemic with poor maintenance and services. Swiss-Garden is not within that category. The hotel is immaculately clean, rooms are modern and up to date (almost), service by the staff are excellent and brekkie buffet is the best by far! WiFi is fairly fast and does not have any connectivity issues. The only irk I had was to access the designated hotel parking you need to check in first. I was lucky I came at a non-peak time so I can just park my car at the lobby, check-in and drive to the parking afters - can’t imagine if there is an event happening. The Sky-Garden was unfortunately closed for renovation so it means we have to come back. Was a little unlucky given a non-cleaned room but the staff on duty was quick (super) and placed me in the next available room (which was next door). The hotel is strategically placed by the river and next to Kg. Morten so I managed to run in the morning before brekkie. Loved my stay there and would definitely come back! Thank you!

4D3N Stay in Deluxe Room (King Bed)”
We stayed for 4D3N - RM453.90 with breakfast (means RM151.30 per night) for two adults. Kids (3 y/o and 1 y/o) dine for free. Booked through Agoda. Although we went on weekdays (Sun to Wed) the crowd is there. If you are late for breakfast (probably around 8am above) be prepared to que, but the staffs are quick to assist you. The room is spacious with balcony. We have king bed and there's also a sofa. The room is clean except for very minor thing like I founded a strand of hair on the bed, small part of the sheet at lower side of the bed are torn and yes if you look carefully the dust is at each corner of the lamp and table. The reception and housekeeping service is excellent. We get new towels and toiletries every day. Seeing us with small kids the housekeeping offered extra plastics for the dustbin and extra bottled water with coffee and tea. The reception helped to retrive back the swimming pants which fell into other room's balcony. Thank you so much. The pool is located at Level 9 and the wind can be too strong most of the times which means, your kids will get cold easily. They provide towels at the pool but you cannot take it to your room. Bring extra towels to wrap them after the swim yeah. We enjoyed the infinity pool (need proper swim attire or else you are not allowed to swim, unlike in the mini water park where t-shirt and pants are allowed) not as cold as the mini water park, no crowd (basically nobody, everyone goes to the park) because it's a bit hidden from the wind - it's indoor. Breakfast is good for the rate of RM20++ (if you wish to add on separately), I would give 4/5. Kids are not allowed to enter the buffet area, and you must wear mask with plastic glove provided by the staff to take your food. They have nasi lemak, noodles, baked beans, chicken sausages, chicken slice, potato wedges, 3 selections of cereal (granola I think/coco crunch/honey star/cornflakes), egg and waffles station, pastries (crossaint with 1 or two other sweet pastry), s

Hotel was pleasant with a not too big lobby. Upon checking in we given a room with the city view but unfortunately room was in the midst of cleaning when we got to the floor. Went down again to ask for an available room where we didn't have to wait. We were given a room the Executive level. Very kind of the reception staff. Room was very nice and modern with a huge balcony. Bathroom includes a bathtub and shower. The hotel was walking distance within the tourist attractions. I enjoyed the mix of local breakfast and Western selections as well and the hotel. Highly recommended!

We received 1 room on time during check in but we were told the other 2 rooms weren't cleaned yet but it was fine because we were having hi-tea in their restaurant. However, after we enjoyed the scrumptious hi-tea & decided to go to our rooms, we found out the other 2 rooms were not ready yet until much later in the evening. Despite that one small hiccup, our stay was an enjoyable one. They allowed us a complimentary late check out and they were kind enough to place us on the same floor, side to side. Breakfast buffet was amazing too. All in all, a worthy stay.

Nice short trip . The hotel fullfill all my request, i got room with bathtub and large bed size ...all staf are very kind and polite too...very happy stay here and hope will come again in future.... Firstly the Location and Facilities are great value,i would recommended this hotel for leisure and business.room are big and comfortable.The staff was polite and very helpful.the breakfast follow the SOP KKM make us feel safe to enjoy the breakfast. the only thing concern me is ,on second day i put my room on "DND" sign ,but the housekeeper still entering my on top of that they took my spare key card ,i reported to FO but they just said i can collect new key card from them,what was concerning is someone had my room key card and they can come back and entering my as they like and i feel not safe to leave my belonging in the room unattended.I don't really understand why they took my spare key card purposely or had bad intention.I hope higher Management to look into this matter seriously as it involving safety & security of your hotel.Thank You.

Love this hotel. From check in professionally handled by Cik Latifah.. feel warm and welcoming .. stayed at level 19 and the view is superb overseeing the river cruise .. Hotel is clean and tidy .. bed is comfy .. easy to get grab to go every where .. everything is great .. Only 1 thing to improve.. hope there is a mirror outside the bathroom :) Anyhow I will return again if I am travelling to Melaka again. Thank you for the lovely stay …

Staying with young child for 3D2N..the view was good,the breakfast also quite delicious but during peak season have to wait for seat.the hotel must open for more table.the room that i stayed is executive suite.the room is big but the wardrobe door quite hard to be open.the shower clogging makes water run slowly & water retention makes the carpet wet. But i already makes report to the duty manager during check out.hope they splve the problem.the staff very polite,helpful & friendly.the swimming pool is big & nice view but it located at 9th floor.the air very strong.my kids cant swim long because too cold🤭but overall my family enjoyed the stay❤️

Everyone in the group of 13 were extremely satisfied with the stay at Swiiss Garden Hotel . The service was excellent. We're able to check in 30mins earlier and check out later. All the 8 Rooms were clean and all amendities were provided. Many from the group were highly satisfied with the gym. Location is very convenient and near to many popular eating places and shopping centers. Will certainly recommend to friends. Special thanks to the front desk staff.

Overall quite good, the pool was nice, the staffs were friendly. Parking was not an issue. Bed was comfortable. However, you pay is what you get. Toilet is a little too dim for my liking, and I could hear the next door (or room upstairs) toilet flushing.
