The hotel is exceptional and great ”
I actually wanted to spot the light on some people in the staff who were working extremely hard and continuously in the aim of the comfort, happiness and safety of the client.. From whom.:: Mohamed assaf in person.... Who is working in the pebbles restaurant in the resort. He deserves a great appreciation. He works with devotion and with love of his job and the client. I had visited the resort twice and in each visit he took my and my family's attention. The whole staff of the kitchen was working so hard and perfectly to come up with these endless kinds of food and variety of items Food was absolutely delicious and clean. Pools and the shore were excellent and cosy. Everything in details was nicely excellent and beautiful.

A good base of operations for that part of Egypt. Very good room, fantastic staff. Some reviews have dissed on the food, but the food was good. It was a buffet which is low stress for satisfying many people, but it is a buffet. For me not an issue.

Bad staff”
The problem is that, staff only appreciates foreigners and they literally just try to hook up with them (at least they try). They try to be funny, appreciative, caring, while with people like me (an Egyptian like them), they would not ask me if I am satisfied with the service or how am I. Also, they were asking me to pay immediately, perhaps they are scared I would grab and run 😂😂 really bullshit experience, even though I paid a lot of money- mostly 110$ daily

I will highly recommend to book this hotel. Reasons - Close to airport - All the staff are very warm and always helpful - Food was nice - Close to beach I have visited with my parents and we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you Swiss inn and Agoda team.

Wonderful hotel. Not new, but perfectly clean, very tasty food, you can eat around the clock. Cozy like at home. Very responsive and pleasant staff. The room has luxurious towels and blackouts, comfortable mattresses and excellent plumbing. All questions are answered very quickly by the staff. Animation with European music. Well done guys, rock on! This holiday creates a joyful pre-New Year atmosphere. I recommend it!

No internet in the room”
The hotel is very old. The rooms are dusty. The bathroom in places had a mould. Some of the staff not helpful. Agoda sold me the booking with the internet in the room but the internet was only in the reception. The breakfast was very average. I don’t recommend this hotel.
