I booked this for my wife's family, Mom, Sister, Niece, & Nephew. Excellent Executive Suite.. 2 Queen Beds, Huge Room, with free breakfast.. I had a very happy family! I would definatley suggest Tacloban Plaza Hotel to anyone considering budget-friendly options in a clean and safe environment.

As per title, i give this hotel 4 stars: a star each for price, cleanliness, staff and location. Limited access for PWD and no fridge. Breakfast is provided although the range is limited. Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Great Stay”
The staff here is exceptional. They helped me in every area I needed and made me feel so comfortable. They directed me to some late-night food when I arrived and made sure my room was to my liking once I arrived. The only slight negative I can think of: I went down to breakfast near the end of the scheduled time and found most of the food to have been brought out three hours before... just not as fresh at that point, and the eggs had lost their texture. But the staff,always diligent, did make some toast to suit my tastes. 😊 All in all, when I'm looking for a good place to stay in Tacloban, this place is still going to be at the top of my list... I'll just make sure to come down earlier for breakfast. 😉

Has the basics of a hotel room like toiletries, complimentary water, towels, etc. Location was okay as it was located in Downtown Tacloban City. No problem, too, with transportation coz it is located along J. Romualdez St., which is plied by majority of jeeps/multicabs that go to the different areas of the city, including the airport. There are nearby restaurants and major shopping/commercial establishments. Hotel accepts major credit/ debit cards for payment. Wifi is relatively fast also.

Good Value for Money and Decent Place”
Overall, the room was spacious and the washroom was clean. My friend and I had stayed for a night's worth due to an early appointment on the following day. They were able to accommodate our special requests **to be on the lower floor since there is no elevator, and ensured our wi-fi connection since we had to work that same night. The Wi-Fi wasn't strong in our room though and I had to transfer to the lobby since I had to join/host a conference call online. There was not much selection for the free breakfast but it was enough for us. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our bags after checkout before our we left Tacloban. Thank you!

Strengths - Warm hospitality exhibited by staff with special mention to the restaurant and front desk staff. They were attentive in addressing concerns of guests. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Tacloban. Room is clean with basic amenities. Opportunities for Improvement - Wifi connection stability and sound proofing of rooms.

The staff were very accommodating even in early check inn and they very courteous enough to help you in things you need assistance. Rooms are very clean and the location is right on the city proper. Likewise, I would suggest that breakfast menu should vary for others would have other choice if there are displays.

This is our second extended stay at the plaza and we returned because we enjoyed it the first time! The Staff is kind and helpful, the breakfasts are very good, the location is right in the middle of downtown Tacloban, The rooms are nicely sized with good storage space, and the price is very reasonable for the amenities offered. I’ll be back to Tacloban in the future, and there’s no doubt that this is where I will stay again.
