Excellent service”
We had booked a triple room for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. All hotel staff are professional, well trained and very helpful. The service is one of the best we have ever seen not only in Fukuoka, but also other cities in Japan. There is a 7-11 shop just beside their entrance, it only takes 10-15 minutes to Tenji on foot. We highly recommend it to other family travelers.

The hotel is not so far from the subway. A lot of restaurants nearby. Staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. The lobby was beautiful. The charge is reasonably priced. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Staff helpful and hotel is comfortable and clean. Rooms are comfortably sized. Hotel is located in a quiet area but the streets at night a little dark though. Location a bit far out and may have to walk a quite far to the main street for shopping or to the nearest train or subway station.

big room, price good. Reception & concierge staff is really helpful & polite. near 西鉄薬院駅ビル. I can go 天神 by 西鐵 ( 西鉄薬院駅ビル to 福岡（天神）) or Hakata Station area by bus. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport to the hotel. The cost is about 2,200 yen.

The hotel is strategically located in Tenjin shopping area that guests have the option to just walk or ride the train in going shopping. The hotel was very quiet that guests can really relax when they want to. The staff were very friendly and assisted us with our needs. The room was clean and spacious enough for me and my son. The hotel is good for those travelling for business and for relaxation with family

The room was too small and facilities were bit aged. However, the staffs were great and they had an hospitality. I arrived early morning because of my fright schedule but they kindly allowed me to check in. It’s saved my life as I was exhausted.

My favorite hotel”
I have stayed at this hotel four times now and I can not recommend it enough. The staff speak good english and are extremely flexible. The location is away from traffic and crowds and is a walk away from Hakata, Tenjin, and Nakatsu. The parking is reasonably priced and never full. There is a seven eleven conveniently located next door as well.

if you need to stay connected to the world, and you only have a smart phone or tablet, there is only wifi available in the lobby, and it is very slow. there is an ethernet available in the room, but obviously you need a wifi converter or a laptop. the location LOOKS good on a map, but in reality, it isn't too convenient. the nearest subway stations are about 5-10 minutes walk away, and they are one stop away from the tenjin station (which is one of the main stations in fukuoka). HOWEVER ... the stations do not literally connect. they drop you off literally 3 city blocks away from tenjin station, so you end up having to walk quite far. this is especially inconvenient if you are traveling with luggage, children or elderly. the taxi fare from the international terminal was 2,000 yen ($20.00usd). it is quite easy to get to the tenjin area, about 10 minutes walk, but if you are with children or elderly i can see how it would take a little longer. hotel staff was friendly, and very helpful. however, they had little english, but tried their best! room was small. i ended up with a smoking room, and the window opens up completely, which would be a HUGE hazard if you had a small child with you. bed was clean, mattress was comfortable, but pillows were hard and quite uncomfortable. bathroom was clean and all necessities were provided. probably would not stay here again.

we have a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was fine, we have english speaking staff that are helpful and accomodating. nice location and reasonable hotel rate aside from having a grand lobby. they also have spacious rooms which we are not expecting. we only hope they have free wifi service included. overall, we are very happy with our stay at this hotel

Convenience location which is close to two subway stations and Tenjin Nishitetsu station. The nearby is quiet so that you can enjoy the convenience and yet stay at a quiet environment. I'm staying in a single room. It is not big but it is fully equipped with everything you need.

Ok stay off of Watanabe Dori”
OK stay. It was raining and that made you realize how far you were from the train station. You can walk, but hotel is on a small side street, which makes it slightly inconvenient getting back and forth to the station. However, it is walkable to the Watanabe-Dori station and the Tenjin Stations. Room was clean. Staff was fine, but not skilled English Speakers. The price of the room was very reasonable.
