The perfect 2 day break fromour Busy schedule”

Lovely relaxing, peaceful, self-contained ryokan perfect for getting away from it all. The breakfasts and dinners were magnificent (Japanese style). The staff were attentive & helpful (suggesting the nearby river cruise as a morning activity). We were picked up & dropped off at the train station & driven to the starting point for the river cruise. The rooms were comfortable, traditional style tatami. We were plenty warm enough despite the sudden cool spring change that blew in. We love getting off the beaten path when travelling. This was a great choice for us & rejuvenates our energies for the rest of our trip.

最上川を見下ろす、ちょうどよい規模の１件宿！”

初めての山形旅で、目的の一つでもある最上川沿いの宿と言うことでこちらを選びました。羽黒山を参拝後、少し早めに宿へ到着したのですが、車を停めると若い女性のスタッフさんがお出迎えに来てくれて、重いスーツケースを運んでくれました。まだチェックインには早い時間だったので、間に合えば舟下りに行きたいと伝えると、時間を調べてくれて、今度は若い男性スタッフさんが、私ひとりなのに、車で乗船口まで連れて行ってくれました。バスで行かないとダメかなと思っていたので、本当に助かりました。無事、舟下りから戻ると、お部屋へご案内して頂き、お部屋から再び最上川を眺めながらお茶を頂きました。ここのお宿はすべてがリバービューなのでハズレがありません。一人でもツインのお部屋で最上川を眺められます。おそらく、私の利用したお部屋が一番狭いタイプだと思うので、グレードを上げればもっと眺めが良いかと思いますが、お一人様でも眺めのない山側にならないのがありがたいです。温泉にはちょっとこじんまりとしていますが露天風呂もあって、ライトアップされた最上川を眺めながら入ることが出来ました。夕食はレストランで頂きましたが、一番端の席に配慮されていたので、くつろいで頂くことが出来ました。テーブルには先付やお鍋などが用意されていて、その他に郷土料理などがバイキングで頂けます。わかりやすい説明が書かれていて、少しずついろいろなお料理を頂くことが出来ました。朝食も同じような感じで、目の前の最上川を眺めながら頂きました。宿が大規模ではないので、団体客もいなく、客層も年配のご夫婦ばかりだったので、とても静かな感じで過ごすことが出来ました。お一人様にもカップルさんにもおすすめの宿です。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。

この度は当館にご宿泊いただき誠にありがとうございます。あらゆる面にてお褒めいただき、宿泊業冥利に尽きる思いでございます。。 当館は小規模な旅館だからこそ、可能な限りお客様のご要望にお応えできるよう心がけております。お荷物や舟下りへの送迎、お食事時のお席などお客様が滞在を満足できるよう力になれたら心より嬉しく思います。当館自慢の最上川の景色についてもお褒めの言葉ありがとうございます。季節が変われば見える光景も変わりますので、ぜひまた季節を変えてお越しいただければ幸いです。残念ながら今年は雪が少なかったのですが、春の若葉に夏の力強い緑、秋の紅葉に冬の水墨画のような冬景色など季節の景色はいつみても飽きることがありません。またのお越しを心よりお待ちしております。
