The room was small, but very clean. Location is just in front of the Takasaki station , so convenient and price is low. Nothing complain about.

Ok for a night stay”
We stayed for a night here. The hotel is located to close to the Takasaki station. So, there were many restaurants and convenience stores around. The rooms are well sound proofed so there wasn't much noice overnight. Parking on premise was a bit costly but there are lots of cheaper places around. Breakfast was decent. The room could have been a bit more spacious. Overall, pretty decent for a night stay.

Convenient hotel”
Easily accessible hotel using the elevated walkways from the station. It would be perfect if the hotel had an entrance at 2F from the walkway, but instead you have to get to 1F first and then enter the hotel. A small detail. The room was a bit dissappointing, in that the window could not open (not officially anyway) and the ventilation system was pumping warm air into the room continuously, even with the fan turned OFF. I ended up covering up the vent with something, otherwise the room would easily get to 25C, which is way too hot. Sadly the airconditioning was set to heating only, which is not something I have come to expect in Japan. So even while the weather was still pretty good, the system would not switch to cooling, which is a big oversight. And every guest has a different preference anyway, so I don't see why they wouldn't allow heating AND cooling during transition periods. And as usual, getting the TV to display anything proper on the HDMI, was a big pain in the neck.

Stayed here for 2 nights, first night was very uncomfortable as the room was so hot and no air conditioning, which was made worse as you couldn't even open the window for fresh air. Staying on a Friday night attracted a lot of noisy/drunk customers until 3am. Very frustration. The second night was perfectly quiet but still hot.

Good choice in Takasaki”
Quite a good choice in Takasaki, even though I can find similar hotel at a lower price in Tokyo. I stay because I can go Karuizawa ski resort 1 day and Yuzawa ski resort another day, and the hotel in the ski resort is expensive. The location is near JR station, need to cross 3 traffic lights though. Hotel breakfast is just ok, not too great. Hotel lobby is very welcoming. Room is standard, a bit old, the toilet is a bit dated but still ok.

Great location but a few small things let it down ”
Centrally located in Takasaki, bear the station. Staff were friendly, efficient, and nice. The room was very small, even by Japanese standards. In a quiet town like Takasaki I would have expected it to be a little more comfortable. Also- we requested a non-smoking room however the room and halls had a bad smell of stale smoke. The tv was a nice size and the bed was comfortable but overall it was a 2.5/5 star hotel.

1. We had booked two rooms but on arrival there was a problem with one room. 2. There was a lot of noise coming from the refurbishing of nearby rooms. 3. There was an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor. 4. We had requested a non-smoking room but our room was a smoking room, as evidenced by an ash tray and the smell of previous smoke in the room. 5. There was dust and grit on furniture.

So convenient location if your moving base is in takasaki”
The hotel is not exactly consider as cheap, but the location is best. it's just around the first junction from station exit. Best base for being in Takasaki then travel to other nearby city or tourist spot. The room space is bigger than most of the Japanese hotel. Basic facilities are all there. considering it's in Japan, as such a big hotel, it's a pity there is no public bath at all. Similar priced APA do offer this as common service. no other comments for the hotel.

Clean and pleasant experience”
As expected from a hotel, the facilities are great. There is also an air purifier in the room which you can plug in and use if you want, instructions provided. The room is clean and tidy. It's a very short walk to and from Takasaki station. Check out was also easy, there is an express checkout box at the front desk from 6am to 10am, you can just drop your room's keycard there and leave. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Wonderful Budget Hotel for short stay”
We checked in quite late, receptionist expected us. Fast checking in. Room was clean. No onsen but in-room shower with bathtub and comfortable bed. At this price, it was certainly the most value for money hotel around this area if you are looking for a short stay. I did not try the breakfast as I left early in the morning for sightseeing.

Location near to JR Takasaki station”
The location is just 5 minutes walk from the station. This hotel didnt provide toilettries. Only for tooth brush. Also the key card only one they give. I end up lock up myself outside the room because my partner is in a deep sleep. And there is some space for us to perform a prayer as a Muslim. This hotel didnt provide iron and doesnt have a microwave for us to reheat our food. Overall, the hotel is ok for us.

Clean room, close to station”
The room was surprisingly clean and bigger than the usual small size rooms you find in Japan, which you can't even open up your suitcase. You can leave your suitcase open in the room, with space for you to move around. Great value for money! It is very close to the station, so don't walk too far. We walked pass it without noticing the name of the hotel. The English name is only on the glass entrance door, but not on the sign. We went into a convenient store and asking for direction. The staffs are friendly, and helpful.
