this place is a must. you can't miss Taketa in your Kyushu travel nor you can miss Cue Guest House and the warming and perfect hospitality of Sakura and his husband. They will make your stay really special. The guest house is charming and with style. Do not miss it!

Feels like home :)”

The owner, staff and guests were all super friendly!! They were mostly Japanese, but since I can speak Japanese I had a wonderful time chatting with them~ The staff speak English though so don't worry. The design and atmosphere were warm and cozy, the lobby also functions as a bakery during the day and a bar at night, and you even get one free drink ;) Every night I sat down at the lounge and talked with Rika-chan, Taka-san and everyone. It was really fun!

Parfait!”

Toute l'equipe de l'hostel a été disponible et discrete au même temps, en prennant même le temps de chercher de renseignements pour répondre à mes questions les plus variées. Je conseille vivement le dortoir, où les lits sont tous séparés et isolés comme dans des cabines de bateau, en pure style japonais. Et l'emplacement en face de la gare (et à cote d'un onsen sublime) est absolument parfait. J'y retournerai volontiers

スタッフさんのフレンドリーな対応とレトロな建屋の中での居心地の良さ”

2/24㈭の早朝に竹田側の登山口から祖母山へ登ると言う事で利用させて頂きました。 先ずは若い女性のスタッフの方の親切な対応から始まり今では珍しくなってしまった昭和のレトロな建屋でゆったりと竹田の夜を過ごす事が出来ました。後連泊されている泊り客が多いのには驚きました。その方々と共有スペースで楽しく会話が出来良い思い出が出来ました。 今回はお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。 また機会があれば利用させて頂きます。

素敵なおうちでゆっくりとしたステイ”

とにかく清潔です。 通常こういうところって頑張ってもちょっと残念な不行き届きがあったりしますが、もうとにかく素晴らしかった。とてもいい眠りでしたし、大満足です。こういうおうちに住みたいな（笑）

ゆったりとした時間”

ステキな古民家のお部屋でした。ゆっくり くつろぐことができました。 一階に併設のパン屋さんでいただいた朝食は、美味しかったし、リーズナブルでした。 ただ 高齢の母と一緒だったので、泊まるお部屋のある二階へ行く階段が急で、手すりはあったものの、怖かったです。二階にトイレが無かったのにも困りました。 それ以外は全体的に素晴らしかったです。

とっても居心地が良く長居したくなる宿”

竹田駅からすぐの場所なので、電車でも車でも便利な場所です。 オーナーのご夫婦さんがとっても優しく楽しく素敵でした！チェックイン時に竹田の街の手書き地図を下さって、街のおすすめのご飯屋さんや見どころを詳しく教えてもらえます。ぜひこの地図を片手に街を散策することをおすすめします。 建物やお部屋は古民家をリノベして細部にセンスがあって、それでいて懐かしい宿でした。ちょうど良い広さで心地よく、長居したくなるところです。

老房子裝修得很有味道，房間雖然不大但是乾淨整潔。 旅館主人可以用英文溝通，也非常熱心的告訴我們好玩的地方和好吃的餐廳。 如果民宿有放著附近的天然湧水，推薦你一定要試試。

民宿老闆很親切熱忱，有送一杯飲料可選擇特調果汁或日本清酒⋯等都非常好喝。另外，好吃的早餐也只要¥500元。民宿一樓有賣麵包，看起來超好吃的～～是非常值得入住的

אירוח חם, מקסים ובייתי בעיירה שקטה”

בעלי ההוסטל הם זוג צעיר שגרמו לנו להרגיש בבית! נהנינו מאירוח אותנטי, בהוסטל נקי ויפה שרוב המתארחים בו הם מקומיים. מדובר בעיירה מאוד שקטה אבל מקסימה ואפילו קיבלנו המלצה למסעדה מעולה במרחק הליכה כך שבילינו שם ערב מאוד כיפי וכשחזרנו בעל המקום הזמין אותנו לכוסית סאקה בבר של ההוסטל. מומלץ בחום למי שמחפש חוויה מקומית עם אנשים מקסימים.
