Its setting inside a 10 acre coffee plantation by the Kaveri river makes for the perfect hideout. While its cosy rooms are inviting, it's hard to resist the splendour of the pool with its breathtaking tropical view. Breakfast is complimentary, and all other meals can be taken care of as well.

Bedrooms: (Both bedrooms are on the ground floor )
- All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV
- All bedrooms have a King-sized bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

Living Room:
- The living room has seating arrangements for 20 people

Bathrooms:
- The villa has 2 private bathrooms, each with an open shower area.
- All bathrooms are modern, have indoor and outdoor showers with geysers for hot water supply.
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided

Kitchen & Meals:
- Cooking is not allowed in the villa. There is a well-trained chef available at the villa who can prepare the meals.
- A water purifier is available
- Crockery is available for 10 people

Pool and Lawn:
- The villa has an infinity pool and a huge lawn
- The pool can be used only between 7 AM to 7 PM
- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice

Additional Amenities:
- A torch is available
- Guests may use the wardrobes
- A medical kit is available at the villa
- Indoor and outdoor games are available
- A power backup is available at the villa
- Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost
- A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost

Guest access
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is a CCTV camera installed in the outdoor area for security purposes.
- There is electrical fencing around the property for security purposes, guests are advised to be cautious especially with children.
- As the property is located amidst the forest, guests are advised to keep the windows shut in order to prevent mosquitoes from entering inside.
- Guests are advised to order food from nearby restaurants before 7 PM.
- Diving in the river is not allowed, given the presence of crocodiles.
- As the villa is located in a peaceful forested area, guests might hear the chirping, humming and howling of wild creatures around.
- Secured parking space for 4 cars is available
- Breakfast will be served from 8 AM to 10 AM.
- This property is suitable for guests on wheelchairs but not for pets.
- Meals can be arranged from nearby restaurants only. The caretaker can get the food for the guests from outside. House meals are not provided.
- This property does not allow bachelor groups.
- Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
