The best homestay”
This homestay is absolutely amazing. Linh is by far the best host we ever had! Room was very spacious and clean, and bed was really comfortable. Linh is offering to cook dinner at very reasonable price. The dinner is the tastiest homemade local meal you will have. We tried it on the first night and ended up eating there every afternoon. We haven't tried better food or slept on more comfortable beds in Vietnam since. Try the tea, we ended up buying it. Linh and her family are incredibly nice and amazing. Big recommendation!

This homestay is brand new. Spacey rooms, very clean. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. There is Wi-Fi. They even have infra-red lamp above the shower for cold weather. Simple breakfast is included in the price and delicious dinner is available at a reasonable price. You can get the laundry done at the homestay. They can also arrange transportation/tours/ bike rentals if you are interested. And the hosts are super-sweet. 🙂

Perfect Homestay - Loved everything about it!”
I stayed 4 nights at Tam Coc Lotus Flowers Homestay and had the Most wonderful experience. The owner Linh is just the most lovely and caring person I met during my time in Vietnam. I was welcomed with a hug, got taken care off when I got sick, enjoyed the most delicious home-cooked food, was tought how to prepare Sommer rolls, was taken to a bike ride through the countryside and to a family gathering... Furthermore, the room was new, spotless Clean and the whole place ist decorated with the biggest Love. All in all I had the most amazing stay and was very sad to leave. I really hope to come back in the future :) Big recommendation!!!!

Words cannot explain how amazing it was to stay at Lotus Flower Homestay and have the chance to meet Lihn and her family. The place is so comfortable first of all, and all the details are covered: bathroom things, blowdrier, and some extras for you to enjoy! Nice location in Tam Coc and you can rent bikes from the homestay. Linh is so full of beautiful energy, she is so unique and just a magic person who spreads her good vibes! I was going to stay one day but stayed three, would have stayed more if I didn’t have a flight. Enjoyed every second there. Thanks for all the love you put to what you do Lihn!!!! Such an amazing homestay”
We stayed at the Lotus Flower Homestay in Tam Coc for 3 nights and had the most amazing experience! The Homestay is located right in the centre of Tam Coc and has lovely spacious rooms, complete with air con, clean towels and toiletries. The host, Linh, and her family, were what made the Homestay so great. They were super friendly, enthusiastic and helpful, informing us of the best places to go within the Ninh Binh Province and beyond. They couldn’t have done more for us! Linh cooked some delicious Vietnamese meals and welcomed us into her family. We would recommend staying here to anyone. Hopefully we will stay again in the future!

The most genuine homestay experience!”
I was so lucky to have found Co Luan's homestay. It was amazing and her family welcomed me like a relative or a close family friend of theirs. . I came around 1:30pm (normally check-in is at 2pm). She told me she had been expecting me since 11am. . She gave me the better bicycle she was using, free of charge. . They invited me to dinner and lunch with the family. Food was simple yet excellent! . The room is clean with everything you need. You can tell they've taken care of every little thing to make sure your stay is comfortable. . Location is good - close to everything but in an alley away from the main road. . They gave me tips on which places to visit, but was not pushy or sale-sy at all. . They respected my privacy. 10/10 would recommend and I would be back to Tam Coc just to visit her family!

위치는 땀콕어항 버스터미널에서 도보 6분거리라 좋아요 그리고 골목으로 들어오니 조용하구요 조식은 다시 구워 딱딱한 바게뜨에 스크랭블 이 다입니다 그래도 전자모기채를 주셔서 모기 없이 잤어요 그리고 토착 후 지쳐서 점심을 주문했는데 제첩야채국에 스프링롤 주시고 100k 냈어요. 그리고 모든 투어상품 소개해주세요

Vị trí nằm trong làng nghề truyền thống thêu thủ công mang âm hưởng đặc trưng của làng quê miền Bắc. Phòng ở rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, lịch sự. Không gian không lớn nhưng gần gũi và ấm cúng, dễ chịu. Nơi ở này nằm gần trung tâm (Hồ Tam Cốc), gần chợ quê và nhiều quán ăn, nhà hàng, cafe, thuận tiện cho du khách trải nghiệm ẩm thực địa phương và thuận lợi cho quá trình tham quan, du lịch. Chủ nhà nấu ăn ngon và sạch sẽ, nhiệt tình (nếu du khách có nhu cầu, đặc biệt với các món ăn địa phương). Các thành viên trong gia đình là những thợ thêu thủ công có tay nghề cao. Cụ thân sinh ra bác chủ nhà là nghệ nhân thêu có tiếng. Tính cách chủ nhà vui vẻ và hoà đồng nên quá trình lưu trú của chúng tôi rất vui vẻ, ấm áp và thuận lợi. Đặc biệt, trong quá trình vui chơi, tham quan danh lam, thắng cảnh, khi chúng tôi gặp sự cố thất lạc Flycam trên núi (vách đá dựng đứng), gia đình chủ nhà đã hỗ trợ tìm kiếm rất nhiệt tình.
