The epitome of Vietnemse friendliness”
Exceptionally good hotel with wonderful owners. Located 50 metres back from main road ensures a peaceful stay. Everything in the room was perfect - lashings of hot water, comfortable bed and electric sockets where they should be (next to the bed). The owners were delightful - pleasant and helpful. We organised our motorbikes and laundry from there as they were very reasonably priced and hassle-free. The whole town was a joy to stay at and everyone (restauranteurs, bar-owners & hoteliers) took pride in ensuring that tourists had a good stay in Tam Coc.

This was our first time in Ninh Binh. We liked the Homestay with its clean and spacious rooms. The host was friendly and supportive. He served us delicious breakfasts. The Homestay is very close to restaurants and convenient stores which is so important when traveling with kids.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were helpful and lovely to chat to. They also gave us a map of the area and advised us on what to see. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. 1 min walk to shops, restaurants and bars in Tam Coc but not situated on the main street so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was also great and had lots of options.

Lovely peaceful stay ”
Such a good value for money, good location to. Helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, definitely have to try the banana, honey pancakes! A choose for a hot drink and cold juices. Lovely clean room, also motorbike hire and bus hire. Bed was just a little bit firm for us but overall amazing value for money.

Very good and big room, excellent air conditioning. Motorbike rental is available at the accommodation as well, which was very handy. We had no problems with it, the bike was in good condition. The accommodation was also close to the centre of Tam Coc and therefore easy to go to restaurants/bars in the evening. The free breakfast is average enough, you get to choose a coffee/tea, juice and some food.

A little Gem ”
For the price we were not expecting too much.. The WARMEST of welcomes by this family run homestay:: Room was huge with a private balcony and excellent air con.. Bed was firm but comfy.. Breakfast was basic but tasty. (and enough for us) No fridge in the room.. Nothing was too much for this lovely family.. Great advice on sightseeing and tours, scooter and bike hire from the premises.. Would recommend highly 😁

Friendly homestay”
We stayed here just one night, but it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and checking in was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, though not everyone spoke english. The homestay was well-located in Tam Coc (it is a small town), close to the major tourist information centre, and it provided breakfast and also rents out bicycles for 80k VND and motorbikes for 120k VND.

The room was big and comfy. Upon arrival our AC was not working, they fixed it after a few minutes (communication was sometimes difficult but we ended up understanding each other). They also let us use showers after check out since we had a night bus. On a quiet street, good wifi, mode breakfast.
