With a scooter, everything is pretty close. - Organised a driver to bring something we've forgotten to the airport
My girlfriend forgot her AirPods in her laundry. This was noted but we only got the laundry back and not the AirPods until we've asked later on. I'm 99% sure that this was an oversight rather than intentional.

The value for this hotel is incredible. Perfect location, beautiful scenery, amazing staff/family. Really tasty breakfast options with large portions. Free tea every time you return to the hotel, foot baths before bed, and snacks when you check out are all nice touches.
Sound travelled easily between my room and my neighbors. Host didn't tell me there was a charge for the motorbike rental - just handed me keys and charged me later at check out. I probably should've asked before I used it but oh well, it was only 100K dong per day.

Best host in Ninh Bihn”

Perfect location, clean, great food but what makes this place top notch is the owner, Tuan and his family. They don’t know the word “no”. Whatever you have in mind they will do it, solve it, arrange it in minutes. It was a delight to meet Tuan and be able to communicate with someone in English, which is really rare in Vietnam. Absolutely the best host one could wish for.

The location is perfect. Staff are excellent and can't do enough to help you. They will go out of their way to ensure you have the best stay. Breakfast is plentiful...eggs, yogurt, fruit etc
Only downside was our aircon was not working and it was cold the few days we were there. Came home one day to find portable heater in cabin!

Memorable stay in Tam Coc”

The friendly owners (Dung and Tuan) are super welcoming and helpful. They booked a van for us from Hanoi at very affordable rates. We also celebrated New Year's Eve with their family and friends. The staff is also very professional and always smiling. You are greeted with tea and footbath once you are back from your day visits. The breakfast options are very nice with plentiful of fruits. The recommendation are spot on with free bicycles. Lastly, the owners are so nice that they prepared a food package for us when we checked out. This is what makes them different from other properties. I will come again to this place and totally recommend everyone to stay at this wonderful place in Tam Coc.

Nice bungalow hotel near the center of Tam Coc. The owner is so kind, he gave us suggestions about what to do around and what to see. We rented motorbike and there are free bikes. The staff is always smiling and give you warm tea when you come back from trips. Room and bathroom are nice. Highly recommended the foot bath in the evening!!!

Our hosts were incredible, greeting us with tea and fruit when we arrived. they helped us arrange rides, had bikes for us to use (including child seats for my littles), provided warm foot baths every night and sent us off with snacks for our ride to the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious and were some of my kids favorites since they were made out of bamboo. The provided breakfast was delicious and a ton of food!

Lovely staff and good amenities. They welcome you with a drink every time you get back from the street. The rooms were spacious and super clean. The hosts speak great English and French as well. Breakfast options were varied and big portions. They helped me arrange transport from and to Hanoi and gave tips about the area.
I had to repeat my dietary requirements daily, still kept being served eggs and meat flavored snacks. In terms of value for money, I’d say it’s on the expensive side of things compared to other resorts I stayed in Vietnam.
