Bad experience”

Old, bad smell, bad service. The toilet paper was running out, we asked receptionist for 2 times but nothing happened. Never saw that lady smiles during our stay.

Old hotel but good location ”

I stayed here with my family and little daughter, i think this place is good location, next to Tam dao Stone church, local market and other famous locations of Tam Dao. But the hotel condition is not good but food is not bad, you can choose to eat at Hotel restaurant on 5th floor, it has good view. With resonable price I will return. Uhm, I think this hotel is suitable for Vietnamese visitor, Foreigner should choose another hotel if you dont care about hotel condition and service (can't speak English)

Hotel staff could not speak a proper English, even I could not find a person who can speak good English over there. I could only found a cafe boss who can speak Chinese

Terrible customer services”

I have never had such bad experience with hotel customer service like with Tam Dao Star hotel before! We had booked for Standard 1 double room, when we arrived, the lady receptionist gave us Standard 2 room key with a reason that the room rate increased for 30/4-1/5 holiday. We refused to take that room with evidence that we already booked with Agoda and it was clearly stated standard 1 on the booking, then after that we was receiving very negative and unwelcoming attitude from that woman(???). She spoke louder than any customers that day with very impolite words (we were watching her having quarrel with a customer and they were about to fight??? What a customer service) We were kept waiting until 2pm to check in after all the other guests (they all checked in before even we turned up at 10am and just sitting at the lounge waiting waiting for all the walk-in guests to check in first). When we checked in, the room 201 looked like it was cleaned in rush. Water was still on the floor, the bedding was rough and looked old. There was only one towel for two of us. The toilet has no toilet paper. And there must be some problem with the drainage system and after shower, the whole bathroom was flooded. The main door has problem with its lock that was very tricky for us to work it out! We stayed there for two night but no room cleaning service and we gotta go down twice to ask for toilet paper! Very bad experience with the hotel and their services. If we come back Tam Dao, we'll never stay in the hotel again.

Un hotel d'un standing assez médiocre pour son prix (avec pour comparaison les prix de la capital) : fuites dans la salle de bain, trous dans les murs, pas de ménage fait tous les jours dans la chambre... Personne dans le staff ne maîtrise l'anglais, il est très difficile de communiquer. De plus, les gens de la réception sont très peu disponibles et très peu professionnels... (Il nous a déjà été nécessaire de les chercher dans la rue pour qu'ils viennent nous activer la clé de notre chambre d'un pas nonchalant)

Ich habe Ihnen eine Mail geschickt, dass ich sie um Unterstützung bitte das Geld wieder zu bekommen. Bisher habe ich noch keine Nachricht von Ihnen. Das Hotel war bei Ankunft unbewohnt, es sprach niemand Englisch und es war voller Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel. Daher haben wir nicht eingecheckt uns sofort abgereist. Ich bitte immer noch um Rückerstattung des Geldes da ein Aufenthalt unerträglich gewesen wäre.

12月に行きました。閑散期なのでお客さんはほとんどいませんでした。バスタブがありましたが、お湯の量が足りませんから、バスタブに湯をためてゆっくり風呂に入るいうことはできませんでした。暖房器具はない部屋が多いみたいです。寒かったです。夏にとまる分には悪くないと思いますが、冬はとても寒いホテルですからあまりおすすめはできません。寒さに強い方はいいかもしれません。フロントの方は、英語がほぼ通じません。

Hôm mình đến khách sạn tam Dao Star là ngày thị trấn Tam Đảo bị mất điện. Khách sạn không mở máy phát điện dù đã 7h tối Mình Trời rất lạnh, khoảng 11 - 12 độ. Mình khoogn thể tắm hay làm bất cứ việc gì trong phòng. Khách sạn cũng ko có cả nước sôi cho kahchs uống trà Đến khi mình hỏi nhân viên có nến (đèn cầy) hay không, để mình thắp tạm trong phòng thì lễ tân bảo là người phụ trách kho về rồi nên ko lấy được Mình hỏi tại sao không bật phát phát điện thì nhân viên lễ tân trả lời rằng ''Hôm nay nahf em có mỗi 2 phòng nên không bật máy phát điện được'. Mình rất khoonghaif lòng về khách sạn này. Phòng thì cách nhiệt rất kém, lạnh toát, trùm hai ba cái chăn mà vẫn lạnh. Cuối cùng, vì không chịu nổi cảnh tối tăm, mình đành bỏ kahchs sạn này ;à đi qua khách sạn khác tìm phòng để ngủ

Vị trí khách sạn được. Phòng và trang bị hơi cũ, khách sạn xây từ 1968. Hơi bực vì thái độ dửng dưng của nhân viên.

Nói chung gia đình tôi đi đông và ở khoảng 3 ngày, phù hợp cho nghỉ ngơi, khách sạn nhìn ra nhà thờ đá Tam đảo, gần chợ trung tâm và các địa điểm du lịch chính khác của Tam Đảo nên khá thuận lợi. Nên ăn tại nhà hàng trên tầng 5 của khách sạn, nấu nướng cũng ổn, giá cả mềm, tuy chưa được chuyên nghiệp phục vụ và điều kiện phòng hơi cũ nhưng thái độ cũng nhiệt tình. Nếu quay lại Tam Đảo với chi phí như hiện tại tôi sẽ lại chọn khách sạn này.

Tam đảo star có vị trí thuận tiện cho việc đi lại, view từ phòng xuống thị trấn khá đẹp. Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên dễ chịu. Tuy nhiên, các vật dụng khá cũ. Cửa phòng vệ sinh cả 2 phòng gia đình mình thuê đều bị hỏng, cửa phòng lỏng lẻo.
