Great people. Great value.”

Nothing spectacular, but very good value for the price. I spent 4 nights before wedding, and did not require too much. People were very receptive, great service, simple room, generally clean. Toilet required service call, and was addressed within minutes. Not a place for my honeymoon, but a great place for quick and functional trips. Thank you, Tamara; I do not hesitate to recommend as a value stay.

Good Hotel which serves the purpose”

Booked our stay in this hotel because of its close proximity to our Bacolod office. Relatively clean with accommodating staff members. Could do better with their advertised free Wi-Fi and their room service kitchen. They show that their kitchen is open at a limited time in the morning and from 4 PM to 8 PM in the afternoon to the evening. We were dismayed to be informed that the cook went home early when we called to have food sent to our room and it was still 6 PM on a Saturday. Location has limited options in terms of food (only a nearby Jollibee) so having a great room service kitchen should be there.

It's far off Lacson St. But the building is nice, the AC was working great, good water supply. Not for the aged because the stairs are pretty challenging for those who are not fit anymore. A steal for 849/night in Agoda; breakfast included! Not that spectacularly yummy but will still fill you. I had to take 2 jeepneys from Calea and/or around the area. Around 5-6 blocks away from the plaza/SM Bacolod.. I'm not sure, though. I walked the route. But definitely not walking distance for most people.

Room is clean. Location is good. No elevator Breakfast is typical Filipino food like corned beef with scrambled egg and rice, option for drinks is coffee or juice (pineapple). Wifi is slow Heater is available Friendly Guard , while on our check-in the staff that we meet is not helpful and like they ignore us opposite on the other day , I forgot her name.
