KB is not a busy town and doesn't have a large centre, but this hotel is bang in the middle of town meaning that you have easy access to restaurants and shops within short walking distance. They have access to Netflix which is a bonus, and the room is comfortable. I will certainly stay again.

The hotel is located at the Kuala Belait city center, surrounded by banks and restaurants. A nice room designed with deem light. Surprise!! There is no lift here, you may need to climb up to maximum 3rd floor.

NICE HOTEL AT GOOD LOCATION”
I extended my stay here due to some unfinished works. Honestly, the hotel is great with the cafe at the lobby counter, the staff is very friendly too. We have to walk up to the hotel room through the staircase because there is no lift service. Good for exercise!

I stayed at the Tat Place hotel for 3 nights. Overall an okay experience but i was bitten by bedbugs during my stay which is a traumatizing and horrifying experience

Not for people who have issues with Staircase!!!”
Everything is OK. Room is clean. Staff is super helpful. Everything is OK, except... there is NO ELEVATOR! So, if you are a light traveler... maybe this is the hotel for you. However, if you have heavy luggage, maybe you would like to reconsider. Unless the hotel can guarantee you a room at the 1st floor.

You have to be on a Business Travel - no heavy baggage. No elevator... but good exercise. Service is very good. Impressed. (This is not 3 star... just good for Business Travel - Practical)

This exhaust very noisy and annoying. To the hotel owner plse do something to reduce this noise exhaust inside each of guest room. I believe every guest also complaining. The rest is ok. And The signage of this hotel is to discreet. I cannot find the signage of this hotel. Seems that this hotel owner dont care the complaint. This one having same with swiss hotel but diffrent owner under 1 license. Plse do care people complaint. No point setting up hotel without receiving people feedbcak. Its under recommended trip advisor but once u checking in is not advicing. Tq
