Tayburn House provides comfortable rooms and hearty cooked breakfasts in Dunkeld, around 25 minutes’ drive north of Perth. This nonsmoking house has free parking and free Wi-Fi throughout. All guest rooms at Tayburn House are at ground-level and include a TV and tea and coffee facilities. Private bathrooms have a bath or shower, hairdryer and complementary toiletries. You can enjoy a full cooked breakfast with bacon, eggs and local specialties including Stornoway black pudding. The guest house is just opposite Birnam’s Beatrix Potter Garden, with an exhibition about the author and a café next door at the Birnam Institute. The town of Dunkeld has a number of restaurants, tea rooms and traditional pubs to discover.

Great host, warm cosy and comfortable room, good selection for breakfast, ease of parking and only a five minute walk into town. Trevor went above and beyond to help me have a good stay, thanks.
Slightly dated decor...but it didn’t really matter as everything was clean and comfy.
