These apartments are very well maintained, new, fresh, very friendly staff, especially Jade at reception. However, if you do not wish to climb stairs, avoid it. Stairs to reception, very tiny reception, lift to floor 6, then stairs to rooftop for breakfast. Otherwise great location. Room onto side street much quieter. Beds comfortable.

Indeed room is clean and good location. Just not very satisfied with the counter lady staff during our check-in. she told would put us in 1/2 of family room (2nd room of same unit being locked) for our first night, will move us to our booked room on next day without giving the reason. And began to give an impatient attitude when we made more quiries. The buffet breakfast with limited choice but the taste of pho was good.

The room is big and absolutely new. The location is perfect,no noisy. The bed is very comfy.The linen is spotless.Everyone at the reception speaks English and friendly. Highly recommended!

Location was good. They allowed us to put our luggage in the hotel lobby till we went back to collect in the evening for our night flight. One of the female staff looks very fierce but was helpful and can speak english. Room design was kind of strange, each flr 2 rooms but with the bathroom window facing the corridor makes us feel uncomfortable. Opposite street started to sing karaoke with loud speakers at late night and ended around 1am, very disturbing. Our room window handles either missing or was about to fall off.

At the price of this hotel probably I could get a better room at the same rate. Room was not totally cleaned and cleared, I really mean CLEARED as the rubbish was still in the bin upon my checked in.

コスパ高い！部屋広い！！”
日本語がわかるスタッフはいませんが、英語が苦手な私にも丁寧にゆっくり対応して頂きました。 部屋は1フロアに2〜3部屋で、部屋は広く綺麗です。色々な部屋を見せて貰いましたが、どの部屋も窓は大きく部屋は明るい為、圧迫感も無くとても過ごしやすかったです。バスタブはないですが、レインシャワーとハンドシャワーがあり、ちゃんと熱いお湯がでます。アメニティーはシャンプーとボディソープ、歯ブラシ、クシ、綿棒など毎日補充してくれます。ミネラルウォーターも毎日頂けるのも嬉しかったです。寝巻きになるようなものはありません。ドライヤーあり。電源はCタイプですが、Aタイプのコンセントも刺さるタイプです。キッチンと大きい冷蔵庫あり。全室禁煙なので、喫煙は路上か屋上テラスでとの事でした。ちなみに、地下と7階にマッサージ店あり。朝食は屋上テラスで、メニューはパンとバナナ、季節の果物、日替わりの汁物（フォー等）、麺類とおかゆ、コーヒー、お茶、ジュースとその場で卵を焼いてくれます。美味しかったですし、街の喧騒を眺めながら食べれるのが良かったです。立地も大変良く、ベンタイン市場はもちろんな事、近くに大きな公園があったりと、徒歩圏内でも充分満足できそうです。少し周りがうるさいですが、私は全然気にはなりませんでした。 全体的にコスパが良いと言う印象です。 初めてのホーチミンでしたが、ホテルから出なくてもいいかなーってくらいリラックスできました。またホーチミン行く機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

レセプションの対応が良い！”
入り口が、スパと同じなのか、入り口に、いつも、客引き？のねーちゃん達が5、6人座ってて、なんだか、入りづらいと言うか。 レセプションの方はとても、親切にしてくれます。 1人だからなのか、アップグレードしてくれたので、とても広い部屋でした。 これはベトナム全体の事でしょうが、22時以降に、訪問者が来ても、通してもらえないです。 5スターとかのホテルはそーゆーのなさそうですが、わかりません。 ホテルによっては、23時以降。 金さえ払えば通してもらえるところや、まちまちです。 防犯上の事なのかもしれないので、仕方ないですよね。 このホテルだけではないので。 ただ夜中の2時に友達が来て、15分だけ通してくれた時もあり、無理言って申し訳ないと、反省しております。 次回からは気をつけたいと、思います。 夜中に、コンビニ行く時も、なんだか、厳しい目で睨んでる感じがし、夜の外出は控えた方がいいのかなと… 前はそんな事なかったのですが、ベトナムのホテルポリシーだと思うので、次回はそれを踏まえて、滞在したいと、思います^ ^

櫃台小姐很親切，努力用中文介紹附近環境。員工們都很積極幫忙提行李。房間窗戶很大片，採光很好，空間也很大。距離濱城市場很近，最後一天去市場把錢花到見底了哈哈。比較不足的是房間熱水水壓較低，還有隔音不太好，會聽到外面街道喇叭聲

가격대비 만족합니다만.....”
사진이랑 거의 유사하고 방의 넓이나 구비된 가구 등은 괜찮은 편 입니다. 하지만, 물론 호치민의 특성이겠지만 대로변의 호텔이라 새벽에도 차들이 빵빵대어서 시끄럽습니다. 부이비엔 쪽 보다는 덜하긴 하겠지만.....다음엔 조용한 호텔을 선택할까합니다.
