              centrally located. clean

              The motel is on the main road and easy to find. The grounds are nicely arranged with easy driving to each unit. While the rooms are well presented the beds are old and not too comfortable. An indicator I use when staying in motels/hotels is the quality of the water supply... eg water pressure and temperature controls etc. Teal had good pressure but the hot water was very variable ranging from none to normal.. several times cycling while getting a shower. Attention to such detail is needed to be rated as a 4 star motel.

              Stayed one night and would definitely stay again. Comfortable good sized rooms. Good wifi and a super huge TV. The playground is a bonus but it could do with a bit of a touch up as there were several nails sticking out and the edges of the fort are very sharp - couple of big scratches received by my kids but it didn't stop them wanting to keep playing. Staff were very friendly and didn't hear anything from any other rooms so soundproofing was pretty good
