Very cheap, but still seems over priced”
I have lived in PH for over 3 years, so my expectations were realistic (I feel) but the standard was really quite poor. Rooms were damaged (hole in the ceiling leaking water, bath tub rusted and poorly repaired, toilet leaking - clean water, thank god!). No fridges in rooms, although advertised (even the hotel fridges at reception did not work! TV in our room had no reception - they had great channels, but aerial cable must have been broken. No wifi anywhere in the hotel. Could not sleep at night, as roosters and dogs in neighbor's yard noisy ALL night! When we arrived, staff had no idea we had booking, so that was annoying.

room was not clean when we arrived even though we called ahead of time. water supply was not good and smells like rust, c.r. was dirty, no tissue provided. air conditioning system was poor. we were perspiring inside the room. there were holes in the ceiling and water was trickling from it. no elevator, you need to use the stairs as the hotel is on the 3rd floor. no ref. not a safe place coz there is no guard and staff of the hotel are nowhere to be found

Nice service,, need to be remodeled. can not shower properly do to lower water pressure, Room are clean nice staff. The owner need to spend some cash it could be a very nice hotel. But it the only hotel close to the airport.

Air-con did not work in 1st room. Moved to new room TV did not work very good tv needs to be replaced. The whole hotel need to be upgraded need many repairs. Tub and no shower, all out of service. Had to take a shower using a bucket and had to pour it over my self. The lobby was very hot. The owner needs to repair and replace lots of things.

First of all this is not a family oriented hotel , its use to be an old hospital, the place is dirty inside and out, room doesn't have a lock for security of children, , the bathroom is old and dirty the staff has no customer service at and no hospitality at all so the moment we saw the place we didnt even think twice so we left seamans in a heartbeat.

aircon is not working well (not cold and noisy. toilet, shower & bath are not clean, it is grimmy, slimy and unhygienic. no daily cleaning and replacement of towels and bedsheets. no cleaning of toilet and daily disposal of trash. under the bed has an obnoxious smell, indicating unclean. under the bed there is a noise of a rat or rodent making noise and boaring the walls. no amenities. only toothbrush and small toothpaste. homestay set up. all members of the family are in the hotel, the baby, the dog, the househelp, etc. guests are also loud doing drinking spree outside the room that destracts of the sleep of other guests. it is truly disaster experience. only commendable is the laundry woman who also does the cleaning of public areas, she is friendly and approachable. but has no clue of what is a hospitality service. even owners and other staff are not aware of hospitality service and guest's needs. they have to be oriented of the hotel industry needs and how to take care of guests. thank you.

Kellemes, pihentető volt, sajnos az ott tartózkodásunk idején valami műszaki hiba miatt nem volt éppen folyóvíz, de ettől eltekintve nem volt komoly probléma. A személyzet készséges volt és szolgálatkész.
