The room has no ac, rooms and bathroom are not nice. The room is pricey for a room that has no ac, but the surrounding/ environment is really nice for a prenup shoot or a team building.

But the room that we got has no phone. So whatever we need, we still need to go to the admissions office or the cafe to get it.. cafe food price is expensive. And they have a corkage fee (although they did not charge us for the water that we brought inside, maybe its okay?) Also... the cafe closes waaaay too early (6:30 pm? Gosh) the location sooo deserves coffee moments but u cant eat and drink inside the room so we didnt ask them if we can borrow thermos.. huhu... i just thought that i paid for the awesome view

Best for Group trips and Team Building”
When we arrived at our room, there was no bathroom amenities so I thought they really dont provide but they do as I found out after. The service staff were nice and accommodating with smiling faces. They should be placed in the front office instead. I was surprised with the clear and clean swimming pool and what luck we had it all to ourselves. Honestly I didn't know there was no air conditioning so I suppose the info on the rooms were misleading. But it didn't matter as we really didn't need air-conditioning as the fan was enough. One thing though which mattered so much to our stay was that the restaurant closes as early as 7pm for dinner! And there was no other source of food but a supermarket which was about 15 plus 20 minutes away from the resort by car! So thats like equal to none. Next time we know better and we'd pack extra food and chips for the stay. Aside from an early closing, so many from their menu is not available and there were no fresh juices or drinks. I guess its not really meant as a resort or more so be called a 2star HOTEL. Menu so limited and not available. We did enjoy the few adventure activities we did like the zipline and hanging bridge. A few staff were very helpful which made our stay comfortable and better. I suggest they improve on their menu and extend the restaurant closing to at least until 9pm. Its supposed to be a leisure farm but to dine as early as 6pm is not leisurely for others. Like I said I think this is best for group bookings and company outings and they are given more attention and preparation than for couples or small groups and individuals.

the hotel is really nice and good for relaxation. the staffs are very approachable & willing to help, however, what i don't like about our stay is the dogs that are crying each night (we stayed 2 nights)from 12 midnight to almost 3 am.

It is the worst customer experience ever! Front desk staff was very rude and doesn't know how bookings online work. No training at all I must say, coming from a customer service industry. Staffs are also undertrained or maybe even zero trainings at all. Insects in the room are present! TV is defective! Food is terrible.

Enjoyable. The zipline is worth the visit and try. The staff are simple and friendly. A comment though on food; hope they give 2 pax portion for 2 pax as written in the menu. The quantity served was good for one person. The breakfast as well was not a good breakfast according to quality and standard. (one egg-2 slices of bread-about 1 tablespoon jam) The egg was flat, too little and cold, the bread was not half toasted- the jam maybe the cheapest in price hence, the taste makes one lose the appetite.The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
