Walking distance to Main Hakata Station, various shopping mall & restaurants. conbini is just a few doors away. Hotel room was more spacious than typical hotel in Japan. There was additional choice of haircare brands at the lobby,other then the shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom. The first staff I met was very kind & spoke in English to me as I couldn't converse in Japanese, but sadly the next 2 staff I spoke to at the reception over the next 2 days do not speak nor understand English and just stand there staring at me when I tried to make some simple enquiries.

Good location but very bad feeling”
We had bad exoerience from front staff who treated us with rudeness during check in. We booked about 8 rooms which may creat some confuse but he showed his unprofessional manner (hotel can check your CCTV on 15.00 p.m. on 28 Feb 2023. No room cleaning for guest who stay 2-3 night. Addisotnal charge 200 JPY per person per night.

Good location but bad attitude of staff ”
The only good thing is this hotel located near Hakata station but other are terrible, no more stay here. We arrived at eraly but could not drop our luggages we have to offer to early check in 0ne room to store our luggages. Stayed 3 days with no room cleaning due to hotel policy. There is aditional charge 200 JPY per person per night. Not variable of breakfast.

Hotel is conveniently located near hakata station. About 5min walk. Convenient to roll huge luggage as well. Toiletries are self serviced at the lobby. There are few types of shampoos and conditioners for u to try, which is good. There are coffee dispensers at the lobby, for a small fee. Room is rather clean although I did notice that the toilet bowl was not well cleaned. Washing machines and dryers are free for use! Room is good enough to open up 2 large luggage. Comfortable bed.

I stayed at junior suite, which is very spacious, with huge bathroom, 2 toilets. Comfy beds and clean. Staff are helpful though not speaking English, but use mobile translate. So it's not really a problem.

のんびりゆっくり”
今回泊まった部屋にはマッサージ機がありちょっと疲れた身体にベストな部屋でした。エレベーターから近かったので即部屋に入れくつろぐ事が出来た。ルームウェアも上下があり寝やすく助かりました。TVもスマホとのミラーリングが出来、今日撮ったスマホの写真を大画面で見れると言う快適さ。 また福岡へ行く際は是非予約したいホテルです。

定宿だったホテルだっただけに突然の休館はショックでした。名前は変わりましたが復活して頂き最高に嬉しいです。 早速、予約をして宿泊しましたが、昔を思い出し懐かしくて初日はホテルの滞在時間が長くなってしまいました。 今回は朝食を取らなかったので次回は朝食付で予約しようと思います。ここの朝食は美味しかったもんなぁ〜。 ここが休館中、別のホテルを使っていましたが、そこもいいホテルなので今後は上手く使い分けていきたいです。
