Terra cotta way”

The pool area was the best thing about the house!
There were ants in the kitchen sink and counter and windows. The bathrooms are horrible! Dirty and out dated! Shower knobs and tub stoppers are not in great working condition. The house needs alot of updates for what we paid it is extremely over priced! The walk to the beach is not possible with children under 13 years old. You will have to drive and the area is extremely over crowded.

I liked the location. The house is about a 5-8 minute walk from the beach. It is also about 20 minutes from the Premium Outlets, and about 20-30 minutes from the boardwalk. The kitchen was also fully equipped which made cooking at home super easy! The house is very comfortable as it has many beds, towels, and beach equipment.
We observed the cleaning crew "clean" the house in one hour. Because of this I was a bit skeptical as to how clean and sanitized the house was, especially now due to COVID. We were also confused as to where the keys were at. In reality there is no physical set of keys because it is a passcode lock. The instructions also had the wrong code for the beach gate. The correct one was given upon request. The microwave outlet did not work. The red wagon had a broken wheel.
