an old hotel with outdated, vintage/antique interior and decor. personally loved it as a part of it's charm. peaceful and feels like going back in time, a great way to relax, unwind and disconnect from today's fast paced environment. staffs are very friendly and helpful

Classic/Unique Hotel ”
The hotel was quite old. But it is quite classic interior. I found this hotel looks creepy from the outside but as introvert person like me.. I find my peace here.. The swimming pool was not crowd too.. They got their own restaurant but we prefer bought from nearby night stall, "Tamu Selera". The Seafoods there was Amazing!!! In my opinion, this hotel has their own unique way, maybe its just their signature, never judge a hotel by its cover? Lol xp!

Old little charm”
As a millennial and Britney loving fan, I love the vintage aesthetic of this hotel. From the classic room key to a very classic hotel room layout, im surprised this hotel is quite well maintained. However, some of the facilities need to be fixed, especially the swimming pool ladder. The very-much-complaint elevator is pretty alright. I used it to go between floors throughout my 4 days stay, even to carry my heavy luggage! The hotel definitely has its own charm and with a little bit of maintenance here and there, it has the potential to attract young visitors who are into vintage vibe. And the place is not scary at all as rumored! Yes it can be dark from outside but it's safe. And the TV can be connected with HDMI and you will need it because the tv channel is quite limited and so does the WiFi. They have a good restaurant by the pool as well. The Chinese lady was very nice and accommodating. As other reviewer said, why stays at nearby Radisson when you have this old gem in town?

Not the best hotel in Bandar. Hotel still has that 80s 90s concept. Facilities are outdated and sad. Feels like dejavu when i last stayed there 25 years ago. Not cleanest hotel either. Its very gloomy at night as there are no night lights outside. Its sad as it has potential to be better. Gym looked like it was not available since the 90s swimming pool was quite dirty and almost abandoned. Toilet has broken facilities and when we called reception to fix our tv (which was the classic box tv) they said their handyman is on leave thus no handyman. Quite sad.

Please upgrade the toilet facilities, no hose and the flush water ia very slow to full the tank..difficulties for us with young children during our stay..

The hotel should think how to improve the facility provided to their coustmer. No water compliment in the room. The tea bag was just simply put in the bowl without any cover. There might be bed bugs as my little girl keep on scratching. The breakfast in the restaurant was not properly served as it should be. What a waste of money staying in that hotel.
