Excellent”
Receptionists were nice. Room is clean. Toilet has no bidet. Airconditioning unit filter should be cleaned, it’s 16’C but it was not cooling enough. Waitress on the pool size doesn’t know the serving size of each meal when asked.

Holiday vacation”
Executive Terrace room is big and spacious but lights are quite dim/dark. Aircon is not so cold but bearable. We didn't get our compli drinks. It's rainy season, they should be ready with their umbrellas.

Never Again”
We checked in on Sunday November 29, 2015. As we entered the room we noticed there was a column beam in the middle of the room with a nice chair near it. Sitting in the chair you could not watch TV. We open the drapes to the balcony to see the bay view. The entire view was blocked by coconut trees. TV channels all had snowy reception. Nearby Pier 1 played loud music until 1:30am. Shower was either too hot or to cold. Could not adjust the correct temp.

Disappointing Pool area”
The middle area of the pool dividing the adult and kids pool took up more than 25% space which further lessened the adult pool area. At peak times, you can hardly swim freely. Bad design

The staff of this hotel are very rude! Towels are already dark and not properly washed! The bath tub/shower leaks making the bathroom flooded.

ジャニターは最低、後は普通”
設備・スタッフともに普通です。ジャニターですが、お昼に部屋の清掃を頼んで、14時くらいに確認したらまだやって折らず、再度リクエストして17時ごろ確認してもまだやっていなかった。ここのジャニターは最低です。これといってここに泊まるメリットは特になし。

它的特色是楼顶的天台风景”
设施简单陈旧，就像国内县城七八十块钱的小旅馆。卫生还算可以，沐浴露牙膏很简陋。我选择它的原因就是因为有那个楼顶天台与海景房。
