I'd like to commend all of the staff in Amara and Punta fuego by giving us the best services by assisting us from check in until we left the place.. Kudos to the staff by helping and assisting my mother who is already a senior by providing as wheelchair, this place is a senior/pwd friendly so do not have to worry.. pluspoints for spacious, clean room, great staff, nice view from the room.. overall best staycation ever after 2 years of pandemic

Favorite beach resort”
Amara is our all time favorite place to go to whenever we need a nearby getaway. We love staying here because it has access yo all fuego pools and beaches. Their room is spacious and comfortable for 4-6 pax. They have fully equipped kitchen, a nice veranda, a view and a jacuzzi which we love. Not to mention their very polite and helpful staff. Always coming back!

Highly Recommended”
My mother loves to cook and they have pans, pots and all the kitchen utensils she needed. We even brought an item where my sister cooked sampgyup. They did it outside. It was a tummy filled with food, a heart filled with joy and a restful getaway my mom and sisters really enjoyed. Definitely coming back here soon and highly recommended! Perfect vacation place”
Love the accomodation, and the jacuzzi in the balcony. Nice that we can bring in food, reheat and even cook with the complete kitchen or dine in the restos too. Access to amaras pool, terrazzas resto and beach, and main facilities in the peninsula de punta fuego. Excellent place and service. Cant wait to come back again.

It was out first time here and was amazed with their rooms which feature a dining area, tv area, full kitchen, two bedrooms with shower rooms, a veranda featuring an outdoor dining area and a jacuzzi. The security here was very strict so it really feels safe. Our stay was very worth the price since you can visit Terrazas and the Main Club for swimming and dining. Will definitely come back!

A hidden gem that's worth coming back”
In fact, it's so good, we booked again the second time around! Highly recommended if you need a quick getaway from the city. Room is big with 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi in the veranda. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Beach is considered nice vs other beaches in Batangas. This is an underrated resort worth going for!

Perfect for family”
It is perfect for family. The beach is very calm and not crowded as if we own the beach at the time when we went there. Also has swimming pool which kids really love. The unit is complete with kitchen utensils so you can cook there. We'll defenitely go back.

Great stay in Punta Fuego”
The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We were able to explore both Terrazas beach and Club Punta Fuego. Would love to come back!

Nice Get Away”
Amara is a nice get away. It is a really nice facility and we were able to get a good off season rate. The rates are high for a couple by Philippine standards if you pay the full rate. Amara is part of a really nice resort. Worth it if you can get discounted rates or you have a large group. You do need a vehicle as there is no public transport to the facility.

Great place to relax”
The place is good, very relaxing esp. if you go there with your family and friends. Stayed the whole day in the beach. Would recommend using the beach of Amara Rasidence itself. Beautiful and very clean beach, one of the best I guess in Batangas. Will definitely go back:-)

First, I loved the ambiance of the entire Amara, very nice, very peaceful. When I booked, I looked for WI-FI and Free Breakfast, and it was indicated that there is Wi-Fi and Free Breakfast. When I got my booking confirmation, it changed. Very disappointing. But to be fair, I booked for weekdays and it was perfect coz not crowded. So it was peaceful and relaxing. If you’re not a “techy” person, this place is right for you. But if Wi-Fi is your life, I don’t recommend this place.

Not Now!”
The resort is only fully open on weekends a fact that was not brought up by Agoda even when asked. This is a tough resort to get around in for seniors. Very slippery steps and steep climbs. It does have a good beach once you get there. The staff were great but our unit had doors that didn't work and no coffee maker. The balcony shoud have chaise lounges to lay and watch the ocean. It is supposed to be 5 Star but has a long way to go.

Our favorite stress free zone”
Its a place wherein you can really relax and enjoy nature. We love to spend holidays, long weekends whenever we can here because all the people who work here are friendly, efficient and kind. Secondly, the view and the ambiance is truly amazing. Amara residences will always be our place of comfort in the years to come

Wonderful, relaxing family get away”
Location is the best, tucked away in the mountains but with fantastic ocean views, nice accommodations which was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a balcony with mountain and ocean views and a jacuzzii in the balcony, staff very accomodating, will surely go back again!

Beach, pool, restos ok. Unit assigned to us sucks.”
The waves were big when we came nonetheless still enjoyed the pools. The unit assigned to us, forest 1 was run down. Kitchen cabinets were unhinged, dining table was peeling off.There were problems with toilet flush, ac,jacuzzi plug, no load for the tv. All of which the staff was aware of but could not do anything. They shld have fixed the issues before getting the place rented. Also, too many bugs, mosquitos,wasps ,bees and other insects in the balcony, especially at night.
