A resort that gives you unique experience”

The staff here is very friendly. We were also allowed to do an early check in since we arrived hours before 2PM. Also, they upgraded our room to be located at the beachfront which was really nice of them, plus the fact that it's free! Their food is good for its price, just go for their noodles menu, you'll see what I mean. There were a lot of gamu gamo and insects at night, bearable but dont let them get inside the room as it would be annoying. They also have a motorbike for rent, good thing my boyfriend used to drive one before so we used it to stroll and reach white beach and mangyan village. Will go back here next time!

We loved everything about this place. Location - it was exactly what we were looking for, a bit away from the crowd. A place to stay if you're looking for a quiet location, with ocean view and being with nature kind of feels Staff - excellent service. They're very accommodating. They will make your stay comfortable and convenient. They're very helpful and friendly. Shoutout to Kuya Dennis. Thank you for arranging our tour activities. Food - everything we ate was delicious. We liked it so much hence we didn't try to eat outside for all our meals. Room - it's clean and spacious. I like that everything was made of bamboo. Staying here feels like you're staying at a vacation house in the province. Truly, we were able to de-stress and unwind

We do love our stay here! if you want a place that is quiet and not crowded resort in Puerto this place is the best for you! we love because it is quiet, away from white beach resort that are soo noisy and crowded, the beach is just a few steps from our room, the staffs are so accommodating and approachable, their food are good though kind of pricey, yet we do love our stay here! we’ll definitely go back here again!

Everything was great except for the road, its rocky and not really accessible. I suggest you guys should rent motorcycle. Anyhow, the thing is I chose this to relax! Awesome! Would definitely go back! ☺️

Great”

We arrived at Bamboo Beach House and got a free upgrade to an ocean view room with fan. The room itself is basic but pretty clean and every night we could fall asleep with the sound of the waves. There is an electric heater for the water of the shower in the bathroom as well. Breakfast was included in the rate and we could choose from continental, American or Filipino style. We had multiple meals in the restaurant inside the property as well: the menu has western food and local as well which is quiet cheap and super delicious. Highly recommend their pork adobo and the fresh grilled fish a la pobre. We did a snorkeling tour of four hours organised by them, which took us to few different spots: the Coral Garden was absolutely stunning with beautiful fishes and colourful corals. But what made our stay special was certainly the family that runs the business: they are super nice and always with a big smile and ready to chat with us. I highly recommend this place! Thanks!

This is a “getaway” within our holiday here in the Philippines. This is a family owned and serviced hotel. The aesthetics of bamboo and minimalist decor makes this place cozy. The private beachfront location is away from the busy White Beach which we wanted and glad we picked this place.It’s a tricycle ride for P150. It was nice to have some “stay in” days by the shore. The beach is so clear especially in the morning. The meals are cooked to order and delicious. The chef even cooked a special meal we requested. The rooms are serviced every second day which we found reasonable. The front desk staff Paul, Lucky &Tom were very helpful and friendly. The resident masseuse is amazing, thanks Aireen. It was a very pleasant stay and one we will remember. We wish Dennis and Gadly all the best in the future and hope to be back here someday soon. Merle

Serenity place it is!”

This place is highly recommended if you want some quiet and serene atmosphere. Good for romantic getaway. Since its away from the actual public place, fare are quite pricey. But all in all, food from their resto are affordable (viands are good for 2-3pax). Beach is nice though its not that fine sand but thumbs up for a clean blue water 👍 all in all 4.5/5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place to stay for its price range”

This place is great for couples who are tight on budget yet want to have a quiet and romantic getaway from the city. Upon arrival, the staff was kind enough to inform us that our booking was upgraded to a better room near the beach. The room was clean and complete with bath stuff and a small television. The shore near the lodging is can be rocky, yet the water is clear: swim in the morning by yourself and you might encounter fishes swimming! You can also borrow the kayaks available in this lodging for more water fun. The restaurant serves delicious food (Recommended: Carbonara!) which almost rivals Luca’s Cucina Italiana just 3 minutes away from the restaurant. I believe this place is family-owned. The staff are kind enough to assist you in going around Puerto Galera. But we chose to just stay since we love the overall amtnosphere of this place.

the place was so relaxing and perfect for those who wanted to escape the hassle of the Metro. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. And the food?? it was so delicious. We will be back for sure!

what a nice place”

the view is just gorgeous. loved having breakfast there and looking out over the lovely gardens and the ocean. the staff where very friendly and accommodating the room that we got stuck with out the back was old and run down the aircon looked clean but after I removed the front cover it was blocked and mouldy, I asked to get it cleaned and was told it was clean so I ended up cleaning it my self and it still did not work very well, it's my only complaint.

Really a great place to stay”

We really enjoyed our stay at Bamboo House. The place is lovely, really close to nature atmosphere. Really quite and far enough from mass tourism. The staff is really nice, always wanted to arrange, to help, really smily! The rooms are simple but nice bamboo decoration The food at the restaurant is good and homemade. We only can recommend this place, great for value money and to disconnect!

Im in love with the place! Hahah. It is definitely my cup of tea as I appreciate anything Bamboo. The staff were very nice and waited for me until I checked in very late (8pm). It is a little hard to get to talipanan so make sure you get a shuttle service when you get here so you wont get lost.

Davis and his family are the kindest persons we’ve met. They’ve done a lot for us. We litteraly fell in love with the place and like many people said it’s a true hidden treasure. Food’s amazing. Our stay was perfect!

Good Place to Stay”

If you want more relaxing and intimate atmosphere to have, this is the best place than the commercialized area which is the white beach. It is just a 20-30mins tricycle ride from White Beach where you can enjoy the nightlife as well but if you wanted to have a quiet place, well this surely is one of the best place to go in. The staffs are good to us and very accommodating, all my questions and inquiries about the tours they offer are discussed to me clearly and they even helped us out to have those tours. Sir Dennis is very accommodating in all our needs, so i would really recommend this place and of course I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK HERE TO STAY. Thanks Sir Dennis and Bamboo Staffs for giving us such wonderful experience to your place. we will see you soon again. The food was great! You must try their Grilled Fish. but I would like to suggest to have a bit more serving of the rice since I think it's not a one cup of rice or have a rice platter that can be shared to a group.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO RELAX”

Thanks to the care taker Dennis and staff for being hospitable. They are kind to all of their guest, the lodge is clean and the place was very peaceful and intimate. Their food was great, we always have our dinner in their restaurant. We would like to come back there again next year for our summer vacation.

Bamboo house is a place where you can relax. Although its a bit far from the white beach. Staffs are very accomodating. Also, if you want filipino food that will satisfy your taste buds. Overall its a good place to have a relaxation. I will definitely recommend it to others.
