High End Facility Disappointing Overall”
Pico de Loro is a very pretty location if you enjoy Country Club Style living. Positives: The room was ok, but with no towels or toiletries (that was posted in the description, so no real issue... just doesn't make the accommodations high end). The grounds are well maintained and attractive. The food at the restaurants was very good. Negatives: Front office didn't have our itinerary available. It took about 30-40 minutes for them to figure out who to send us to in order to get the key, etc. In the mean time, someone was trying to see if we wanted to stay at a different condo controlled by the front office. Required us to wear orange wrist badges the entire time we were on the property. I understand they want some security, but it felt creapy (plus expensive to have 'access' to the facilities which we really didn't use). Nothing to do at the facility (tropical storm but disappointing). Cashiers tried to discourage local currency which is the latest travel scam to increase profits

Nice to hear that Todd appreciated Pico de Loro Cove which is a fantastic place to visit and to live in. Todd is possibly better suited to a hotel than a hosting environment. I wish Todd all the best but Todd did not read listing details and policies (as cashless payments inside the premises) and info provided upon booking, neither he followed the instructions re providing the guest list and contacting Caretaker for registration and check-in. We value all guests feedback, and in this instance I would like to refer to my other 300 plus received reviews in Agoda and third parties. We wish Todd a nice day ahead! :)

A place to unwind. staff are friendly and the free shuttle going around is a big help especially for seniors

I stayed for one night in one condo room of pico de loro and I can say that it is a budget option than staying in a hotel if you are more than two persons who will stay. You can cook your food because they provide cooking utensil plus free drinking water. The condo is clean except that , I do not want the smell of the blanket. Despite of it, we enjoyed our vacation.

Das Zimmer war ok. Würde aber nicht gereinigt. ”
Die Buchung war etwas kompliziert bis alles geklärt war habe ich 20 Mail bekommen bzw. geantwortet. In einer stand das keine Handtücher vorhanden sind, dies hab ich in der Flut der Mails überlesen deshalb mussten wir Handtücher kaufen. Die Anlage Ansich ist sehr schön und gepflegt.
