Breathe Taking!”
It was my first time in Puerto Galera, although it was my 2nd visit in PH with my girl and I was amazed how beautiful the island is and the resort is just magical. I'm from Portugal and we Portugese loves the Sun and the Sea. I will definitely come back and for sure will bring my family too!

Away from everything”
It's like the resort is an isolated place, but not in a bad way though. The place is very relaxing, with a few activities to offer for free, such as kayaking.

Excellent Service, Expensive Food, Very Clean, No Beach Shore”
Food are bit pricey. But thats because its the only restaurant you can get in the island. Spent like 6k for the food for 3 meals each for 2 including a glass of white wine and tequilla shot. We could have stayed one night more but its another 6k for food so we decided to spend the last night in white beach. The place is relaxing and peaceful. The pool covers up the what is missing in the resort to complete your vacation... beach shore. Yup there is no beach shore so dont expect you can swim on the beach when you visit the place. The owner and the staffs are very professional. Service is really excellent and the staffs are very polite. 5 star for the service and 3 star for everything else, except the beach which i will give like no star at all coz they dont have it. But anyways, the place says BURI RESORT AND SPA so not to confuse their guests. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Nice & Quiet Resort”
If you're looking for peace and quiet, you can definitely have it here. Not really accessible to anywhere unless you take a boat. Rooms are located on the hills so you'll need a bit of climbing. There are insects everywhere especially the open air bathroom.

Had the best time overall. ”
Well recommended. Theyve got the friendliest staff, the room is clean and love the outside bath. Feels so close to nature. The food is quite pricey. Theyre in front of the shore but I dont recommend swimming there, the water is kind of murky and sure enough sea urchins are lurking beneath the waters. Lovely place overall. If you want peace, quiet and a romantic getaway, this the place to be.

Nice place!! We spent our wedding anniversary here. All staff are very accomodating!! Sir ricky and to all staff, kudos! The massage is great as well! Tho food are a bit expensive and hindi sobrang sarap but were okay. Will definitely go back with the kids naman!:) Our villa was spacious! Me second floor pa kami pero di na namin nagamit kasi dalawa lang naman kami!:) insects were expected syempre your on a hill, just keep your doors and windows nalang specially at night para landing lang sila sa glass window hehe!

Excellent customer service”
pros: a place away from the noise, perfect for relaxation/staycation, great service from their staff (courteous, very responsive and helpful), unlimited use of kayak (but 2 at a time only), they can hook you up if you want to do water activities. They cover the boat transpo from and to Muelle Port. Good working condition of AC. Cons: limited number of kayak, we stayed for 4 days, and during the last 2 days it was raining in the afternoon, the roof needs fixing (Dahlia Room) tho they regulary clean our room in the morning. Room for improvement on their bathroom tiles. If they can add space for a vanity mirror, it would be great. My fiance and I celebrated our anniversary there, they had a nice set up in our room when we arrive. After getting off the boat, their staff greeted us with a native garland and welcome drinks and had our feet soaked and washed. Very relaxing place from the moment we step in. I personally enjoyed the infinity pool. We'll visit again. :)

Peaceful place like no other”
PROS: The place is so nice and calm! Our stay here was very quite and peaceful enough that the other customers checked in were not noisy and we appreciate that. They have huge spaces in their villa (we booked Family Villa with a small private plunge pool). EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! From all the staff and from the manager/owner. They're very welcoming they're gonna smile at you from the time of your arrival until you depart. You'll definitely feel you're special in this place. Suits nature-lovers!!! We loved swimming in their upper pool (lower pool was dirty) while keeping serenity. Our daughter enjoyed this pool very much CONS: We're very willing to spend a dime as long as we'll get an excellent from everything in the place you know. But they have the worst Lechon Kawali ever! Their menu is damn expensive. I understand this part kasi you still have to ride a boat from their resort to be able to go to other places na may murang kainan so it's okay to rate their foods higher but for sake sana naman sarapan nyo luto nyo. Ang liit liit ng lechon kawali nyo and over cooked pa hindi namin makain sa sobrang tigas, wala halos lasa, and yung fries it was also disappointing. Food -- thumbs down. Cleanliness - madumi yung pool na nasa baba when we went here. They did not clean the 2nd floor of our villa coz it's not part of what we paid according to them (no heads up about this upon booking) so the 2nd floor was just left stinky and filthy in our stay. The balcony was also kinda dirty. The beach was not what I expected. We didn't even bother swimming to the beach after we saw it upon our arrival, it was narrow and filthy, unhealthy sand, na may nakapark na mga bangka which is for sundo/hatid of customers from terminals

Our trip to Buri resort was a pleasant experience. The resort had a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The resort is in a location where you need to take a boat to other beaches as well as to the city. If you are looking for a secluded place, then this resort is suited for you. The resort did not have a beach that was suitable to swim in or play in since there was a lot of kelp growing but you could do some water activities like kayaking and jetski, we also played in the infinity pool. Going up to the villas required climbing up many stairs. The pool villas where we stayed, required us to walk 150+ steps going up and another going back, but if climbing stairs is not a problem, we would highly recommend the resort since the villas were decorated beautifully and the tours and transfers were affordable and fun. The staff at the resort were very friendly, accommodating and very warm. The food in the resort were also priced reasonably with big portions and was good, though selection did not include much seafood which we did not expect. Overall, our stay at Buri Beach resort was a fun and memorable one.

Outdoor bathroom, infinity pool, free use of kayaks, beach towels, service with a smile and boat rides from Muelle Port? This resort got you covered. Will definitely go back! I actually never knew that Galera has this kind of resort for a cheap price!! Although they don't have the beach for you to bask in, at least they have the bathtub and private pools for you to lounge anytime you want to. Can't wait to be back!

A hidden paradise!”
Our stay at Buri Resort last March 27-28 was really awesome! Staffs, including the General Manager were so accomodating and helpful with every other guests' needs. They would always greet you with a smile. :) The place was so so peaceful. It's perfect for couples or families who would like to spend more time with each other. (Especially for honeymooners) Food was OK. However, it's a bit pricey. Good thing, they do accept credit card payment. Haven't tried their spa but we'll surely avail once we go back. Buri Resort is trully a hidden paradise! Would surely go back soon! 👌👌👌

Service is excellent. The staff did an extra mile to grant all my requests (a private candle light dinner by the beach and a bouquet of roses for the surprise). Good job to all the staff! We had a pleasant stay. Food needs a little improvement though but overall, two thumbs up!

Serene vacation”
If you want an escape from the island noise, this is a great spot. It exudes exclusivity and promotes privacy. We went off-peak season so it's almost like having the whole resort to ourselves. They have two pools, a massage area and bar/restaurant. Their boat transfers are free since they fetch you and take you back to the main port upon check out. However if you want to explore Muelle or Sabang, their only mode of transport is a boat, which costs either PHP250 or PHP375 (one way) depends where you're going. You can't take the tricycle to go elsewhere. They do have tasty food in the restaurant should you wish to stay there the entire time. It would be great if they played mood or more relaxing music instead of cheesy romantic songs. Kills the ambience of the resort somehow. Other than that, this is a beautiful place with serene surroundings and a relaxing vibe once you're in your villa. Loved waking up to the birds chirping! Would definitely be back.

Relaxing days in a nice setting ”
Nice scenic setting, good pool with a view to the sea channel. The villas are nice, it saw better days. You really need a boat if you want to eat at other restaurants, we did it most of the time, some good Restaurants in Sabang (Papa Fred Steakhouses, Tamarin Restaurant). The staff was very nice and friendly. As usual advantages and disadvantages. I saw other place there and for me it was the nicest one.
