Excellent 'Phillipino style' village community”

Quite rustic and wasn't sure if my family would like it. They ended up loving the place. Positives: Close to the beach, 80m... heard the sound of the waves all night (when awake). Easy walk through a real village. Large bungalos... ours could have slept 9. Simple with kitchen, etc. (FYI - no AC, was ok for us) Excellent Food: Italian manager with Bolognese so good my fiancee had it again the next morning. Extremely reasonable prices - 1 bottle of brandy $11; total with mixers and 3 meals, about $40 (I gave a big tip). We watched movies, chatted and relaxed at the restaurant by the pool for hours. Awesome. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Negatives: Some mosquitos; limited things to do (tropical storm prevented any beach activities - not the resorts fault). If you are looking for hotel style living, this is different and unique. Some people were up late at the pool and playing music.... we didn't mind. Value for money was amazing. If I am in the area I will stay here again.

far from beach, many frog & flies at night”

We arrived very late in the resort so we just eat & sleep. We asked the person in charged (cook, cashier, receptionist & bagger) all in one, if we can transfer to other room becoz the aircon in our room assigned by agoda not cooling. He told us no room available but there are many rooms unoccupied until the following day...early in the morning we dediced to go to beach. 10 to 15 mins walk from the resort & the road is so maputik hayys we really not enjoy our stay.

The place is nice for relaxation and if you want some place to stay far away from the city buzz, this is the place. But I wouldn't recommend it for group swimming cos they only have 1 small swimming pool or group events cos not enough space and facilities. Place is 80meters far from the shoreline which you can visit anytime but not enough street lights during the night. Restaurant menu is poor, minimal and pricey. And yes, they offer airconditioned room but not enough to cool down the entire place. We slept feeling hot still. And also if your a Globe user, there's no network in the area. Smart network works tho. I have high hopes for this place but terribly disappointed in the end.

Disconnect and Reflect”

Yes, just like the title of my review. If you want a place to relax, disconnect, or detach from the hustle and bustle of the city, this place is perfect for you. My wife and I went here to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary. I must say that we're in the right place to be in the moment, to connect and enjoy the site. The place is perfect for couples and families. We had our reservation on Agoda, which was great because it was "pay the property at check-in." We already had our reservation online before paying, which I think trouble-free for customers like me who don't want to bother paying or booking online. Pros: Clean facilities, swimming pool, nature province vibe. You got to try their authentic Italian dishes. A bit pricey though but it's worth to try. Cons: You will be staying in a bamboo house which is suitable for six persons. When the receptionist found out that we're only two, she said that we wouldn't be able to maximize the booking since it's for six people.

Good stay!”

We enjoyed our stay. The room is clean and we were able to cook our meal inside the house. Only problem is that the aircon can't seem to cool the whole house even if each rooms door are open.

Short get away from manila”

From the airport it is approx 70km away. Staff were extremely friendly. We stayed in house 1 and it was very spacious. It had its own kitchen and fridge. It’s a 2 mins walk away from the beach. The part owners are Italian so try their spaghetti!! If you need anything drive 10km to Nasugbu town and you’ll find other restaurants. Pet friendly as well! You can do boat excursions there to go to surrounding beaches for very reasonable price approx 1600 depending what you want to do.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY”

we are total of 13 and this resort can offer the best! great location, great facility, friendly staff, free parking. We also had chance to do island hopping - the admin recommended a local boat that we can rent. WE WILL GO BACK HERE!

We almost had the entire resort to ourselves! Haha! The place is so pretty, the facilities and cottages are very good. Excellent foods and friendly staff. You can't ask for more in a resort you go to to relax. And lastly, the beach is clean and not too crowded (well, given that we stayed during the weekday.) Would love to go back again.

Cons- No exhaust in the kitchen, heat builds up during cooking. No electric fan for the beds in the loft. Pros- More time to converse with friends because there is no signal and TV.

The place is nice and relaxing.. But i won't recommend it during summer coz their aircon is too small and hot.. No aircon in the room, only in the living room.. I also think that they should improve their service.. 😐

they provide only 1 aircon with only 0.5horsepower for the whole house including the rooms?? i dont know how they come up with this idea but hello? its just a display just so the customer know that they provide an aircon as advertised here. And they even ask us to pay Php300 for an extra fan. tsk tsk! Also the beach is 80km away from the resort and there's trash everywhere. I won't recommend this place.

We arrived early than the check in time but they accommodate us, and let us in 3 hrs early. Great customer service! We just had problem with the AC. AC is too small for the bahaykubo though it's really cold at night. You can also cook inside. There are also mini stores outside the resort whein you can buy cheap veggies, etc.

Value for Money - Affordable room rates. Can save money since there are kitchens for their bahay kubo. However, to get to the beautiful beach, still have to pay 1525. The beach nearby is dirty. Location - difficult to locate via waze. More signage is better and it seems like locals does kot know of their resort. The resort is 80m from the beach however they have a swimming pool to compensate with. Cleanliness - The resort is very very clean. I love how they maintain it. The beach is govt property, but since their name states "Beach resort" in it.. I think it's better to have a tie up with the rest of the resorts there to clean up the beach. The beach is full of trash. Staff - Excellent staff. Very accomodating Facilities - I love that there is a kitchen per bahay kubo. There were several things we noticed: aircon is .5 hp, mo exhaust fan or chimney w/c can't make the whole house properly ventilated. Only 1 available electric fan. It's warm inside the rooms. The mattress is kind of thin. My mom's back hurt and it was uncomfortable. There was a karaoke room that can be rented but it's not sound proof. My family needs to stop enjoying themselves since they were asked to lower down the volume. The guard said "the american can't sleep". Furthermore, this person said, they came here to rest not sing. Case in point, Filipino families love singing wherever they go.

Pros This place provides you with the ambience of the provincial life in the Philippine with the bamboo house and amenities but giving you the comforts of home. The place is very clean and the garden is beautiful. There are few huts that they let out so they feel of the place is very private. The bamboo house has a kitchen (with refrigerator and gas stove), hot and cold showers, aircon, cabinets, towels and lots of beds. Per published description, it can accomodate 6 people but I think it can accomodate more. The place is very peaceful and the staff are nice and friendly. It's a few walk from the beach but it's ok. The beach is also lovely and calm. The sand is fine but not white but the water is very clear and clean. We brought our dogs with us and they also had fun at the beach. Cons The resort has its own pool. However, when we were there, the color was so green with a swamp look about it. The internet service is very weak and there are no telecom service.

初めて訪問しましたが、マニラから車で約2時間半くらいです。 コテージには、クーラー完備、キッチングッズ、冷蔵庫もあり、自炊可能です。また、小さいですがレストランもあります。 オーナーが、西洋人なので-スタッフの教育、サービスも行き届いてました。 部屋もとても清潔感があります。ビーチは、歩いて80m。砂浜は、ゴミが少なく清潔。海は澄んでI ませんが、綺麗で、波がないので、安心して遊べます。 ローカルのフィリピン人が多いです。
